Over the years, I’ve worked in private practice, schools, nonprofits, and large healthcare systems, which has given me a well-rounded understanding of how stress, transitions, and relationships shape our lives. Rather than spending too much time on what’s gone wrong, we focus on what’s going right — your strengths, resources, and the small steps that can lead to big shifts. This approach helps clients feel empowered, hopeful, and capable of creating meaningful change.
Integrative
In this approach, I combine techniques from various modalities to tailor treatment to each client’s needs.
