I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in both Texas and Florida, with over 20 years of experience. I am a strong believer in wholeness. I help individuals, couples, and families overcome challenges. My blend of insight, compassion, and expertise empowers clients to discover the tools within to rebuild and transform their lives. Using Family Systems Theory, I connect relationships, health, and spirituality to emotional well-being.
My first session is highly impactful. We'll start with introduction and after listening to clients, I provide comprehensive feedback on treatment focus and offer a clear, concise path forward. Also, after each session, clients can expect to walk away with renewed courage, clarity, and hope.
Though I am skilled in the treatment of emotional and behavioral issues-including depression, trauma, substance abuse and family stressors- I believe what sets me apart has been my ability to combine my spiritual insight and compassion with my academic achievements and experience, I’ve witnessed clients experience transformative, even miraculous, results. I believe that how we respond to life's challenges can be more powerful than the events themselves. I guide my clients to tap into their inner resources, helping them reach the core of their struggles and emerge on the other side with strength and clarity. I trust that God has placed solutions within every soul; it's simply a matter of uncovering them.

I look forward to coming to my sessions every week. Sessions with Dr. Abraham are the highlights of my week. She listens to me rant and gives sound advice that I feel shows she heard me. Best decision to date was choosing her as my provider.

Dr. Abraham is a great therapist she is warm and gives great practical guidance. If done some tough work but I feel it's helping me to become a better person. It is very refreshing to feel seen and heard. I would highly recommend her.
