New to Grow
Welcome to your healing journey! I offer EMDR, IFS, hypnotherapy, yoga, and Jungian based guidance. I support spiritual women in connecting to internal peace, joy, and fulfilment. Drawing on a unique blend of evidence‑based therapy and mindfulness, I’ll guide you through self‑discovery, balance, and the transformation needed to embrace your Authentic Self. As a psychotherapist, and certified yoga teacher who shifted from a successful finance career to follow my life’s calling, I offer a warm, compassionate, and deeply personalized approach to your mental and spiritual well-being. You will benefit from our sessions if you are: In a dark night of the soul...Going through the motions without direction... Feeling disconnected from your intuition and inner wisdom...Knowing that you are not living up to your full potential... Feeling that you are sabotaging your own progress...Needing guidance to find your direction and life purpose.
In the beginning of our work together, I need to understand who you are on a deep level. Next, we'll create effective strategies to help you navigate the challenges and find joy. By the end, you’ll have a roadmap to help you live a life rooted in meaning, passion, and purpose.
One of my greatest strengths as a therapist is my ability to create a warm, compassionate, and deeply supportive space where clients feel truly seen, heard, and understood. I bring an integrative approach to healing, honoring each client’s unique journey and supporting the whole person—mind, body, emotions, and spirit. I draw from EMDR, Internal Family Systems, hypnotherapy, mindfulness, yoga, and spiritually oriented practices to help clients heal emotional wounds, navigate life transitions, and reconnect with their authentic selves. A distinctive part of my work is the integration of astrology and tarot from a Jungian perspective. I use these tools as symbolic pathways for self-reflection, insight, and deeper understanding of unconscious patterns, archetypes, inner wisdom, and personal transformation. My approach balances depth with gentleness. I help clients explore trauma, depression, grief, self-sabotage, and spiritual disconnection while strengthening self-compassion, emotional regulation, and inner trust. I believe healing can be profound while also allowing space for lightness, and I bring a grounded sense of humour into the work when it helps create connection and ease. Clients often benefit from gaining greater clarity, reconnecting with their intuition, understanding the different parts of themselves, and developing a practical roadmap for living with more meaning, passion, and purpose. My goal is to guide each client back to her Authentic Self with compassion, insight, empowerment, and spiritual alignment.
My ideal client is a woman navigating life transitions, seeking a deeper connection with herself, her spirituality, and her authentic purpose. She may be experiencing depression, trauma, grief, or a sense of disconnection from who she truly is. She may feel as though she is moving through life without direction, stuck in old patterns, or struggling to trust her intuition and inner wisdom. I support women who are ready to heal emotional wounds, strengthen self-compassion, and move toward clarity, empowerment, balance, and meaningful transformation. Many of my clients are in what may feel like a “dark night of the soul”—questioning their path, feeling disconnected from their potential, or recognizing that self-sabotage and fear are keeping them from fully living. As a psychotherapist and certified yoga teacher, I bring a warm, compassionate, and deeply personalized approach to mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. My own journey from a successful finance career to following my life’s calling allows me to understand the courage it takes to make meaningful change and step into a more authentic life. In the beginning of our work together, I take time to understand each client on a deep level—her story, struggles, strengths, and hopes for healing. Together, we create practical and meaningful strategies to help her navigate challenges, reconnect with herself, and find more joy, purpose, and direction. Through our work, clients can begin to develop a clearer roadmap for living a life rooted in meaning, passion, self-trust, and spiritual alignment. My goal is to guide women through self-discovery, healing, and transformation so they can embrace their Authentic Self and move forward with greater confidence and inner peace.
Other specialties
I identify as
EMDR
I use EMDR to help the client safely process a distressing memory while remaining grounded in the present. I guide the client to focus on the memory, the negative belief connected to it, and the emotions or body sensations that arise while using bilateral stimulation such as eye movements or tapping. Throughout the session, I monitor the client’s level of distress and provide support to ensure they do not become overwhelmed. The goal is to help the client reduce the emotional intensity of the memory and strengthen a more adaptive belief about themselves.
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
I use Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help the client explore different “parts” of themselves with curiosity and compassion. I guide the client in identifying protective parts, wounded parts, and the core Self that can offer calm, clarity, and understanding. Throughout the session, I help the client build a respectful relationship with these parts rather than judging or pushing them away. The goal is to support inner healing by helping the client understand each part’s role and reduce internal conflict.
Hypnotherapy
I use hypnotherapy to help the client enter a relaxed and focused state where they can access thoughts, emotions, and patterns more openly. I guide the client with calming language, imagery, and suggestions that support their therapeutic goals, such as reducing anxiety, increasing confidence, or changing unhelpful behaviors. Throughout the session, I ensure the client feels safe, in control, and able to return to full awareness at any time. The goal is to use the relaxed state to promote insight, healing, and positive change.
Acceptance and commitment (ACT)
I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help the client notice difficult thoughts and emotions without trying to avoid or control them. I guide the client in practicing acceptance, mindfulness, and cognitive defusion so they can create distance from unhelpful thoughts. Together, we explore the client’s values and identify actions that align with the life they want to build. The goal is to help the client respond more flexibly to challenges while moving toward meaningful change.
Mindfulness-Based Therapy
I use mindfulness-based therapy to help the client become more aware of their thoughts, emotions, and body sensations in the present moment. I guide the client in observing their experiences without judgment, rather than immediately reacting to or avoiding them. Through practices such as breathing exercises, grounding, and mindful awareness, I support the client in developing greater emotional regulation and self-compassion. The goal is to help the client respond to stress and difficult emotions with more clarity, acceptance, and calm.
