Welcome to a journey of self-discovery and healing! I believe that the mind, body, and spirit must work together for us to become our best and most beautiful selves. Sometimes life’s journey can feel like one obstacle after another. We will challenge self-defeating beliefs, unhealthy addictions, and self-defeating patterns of behavior. Depression, anxiety, trauma, etc have a way of interfering with day-to-day living and blocking us from peace and happiness. But there is HOPE. The process of healing can be difficult, so my intent is to walk with my clients through every step on their way to healing. By employing evidence based therapeutic approaches and intervention strategies, my goal is for my clients to become the very best version of themselves!

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Mindfully we will explore your truth and address things that are weighing you down, draining you, and keeping you stuck. You will learn how to overcome and navigate the thoughts and behaviors that keep you from freedom. You are my most important client! It takes courage to reach out for help, and I would love to guide you on this journey of self-discovery. You are enough. You are capable. You are brave.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I enjoy connecting with my clients, even those who are initially apprehensive about therapy. It is a true privilege to watch the light come back in someone's eyes.

My role as the therapist is to listen, teach, and encourage, while my client's role is to express concerns, learn, and implement that learning through a variety of interventions.

Cognitive Processing (CPT)

I help patients who have experienced trauma learn to challenge and change unhelpful thoughts and beliefs about themselves, others, and the world around them.

Person-centered (Rogerian)

I help clients discover their own solutions to problems by guiding and supporting them through sessions.
