I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker of over 20 years. I attended UC Berkeley for my undergraduate degree and received my MSW from the University of Southern California. I have post graduate training and certification in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and the Triple P Parenting program. I draw from an eclectic lens, borrowing from attachment, object relations, psychosocial developmental stage theory and Family Systems theory. I work with clients to identify how traumas and deficits in early interpersonal relationships are impacting a client's current relationships and sense of self. Through deep exploration, meaning making and skill-building, I take my client on a reparative journey towards a more authentic self.
