Your first session is a space for us to get to know each other. Yes, I said us, meaning I will get to know about you and what support you are looking for, and you will get to know me. I think it is important for me to get to know my clients and for my clients to get to know me, so they can make an informed decision if my type of therapy and personality are a good fit for them, and so I can determine if the therapy and style you are looking for is something I can provide.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I support individuals and couples facing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship and communication issues, life transitions, and self-esteem concerns. I help clients build meaningful coping skills and offer a steady, compassionate space to explore, process, and understand difficult emotions and the complex, often overwhelming situations that shape their lives.
