My approach is Holistic and culturally sensitive, with individually tailored goals that address Mind, Body, and Spirit Wellness. I am here to provide a safe space without judgment or shame and walk alongside you on your healing journey to positive changes in behaviors and lifestyles. My clients are adults, LGBTQ+ individuals with anxiety, depression, eating disorders, substance abuse, and family or relationship challenges. I can appreciate clients who want to heal & improve their lives. They are willing to make the necessary changes to build inner strengths, increase feelings of empowerment, implement boundaries, and learn to Trust vulnerabilities in healthy relationships.
In sessions to reduce symptoms of anxiety, depression, stress, worthlessness, and suicidal ideations, I incorporate Positive Psychotherapy, Humanistic, Strength Building exercises, CBT, DBT, Narrative therapy, and Relaxing Meditation Mindfulness techniques. Together, we set Collaborative goals and work toward them with coping tools, humor, and spirituality.
