(she/her)
Welcome to my page! As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California, I walk alongside teens, adults, and older adults during their most vulnerable moments. Over the past seven years, my mission has been to help clients facilitate deep healing, build practical coping skills, and uncover their true purpose. My therapeutic approach is uniquely enriched by my previous, successful career as a cytogenetic technologist. By blending my deep roots in genetics and brain science with compassionate psychotherapy, I provide a holistic, science-informed space where you can safely heal and grow.
Taking the first step toward therapy takes immense courage, and I deeply acknowledge your bravery. It is completely normal to feel a bit nervous or uncomfortable about your first appointment. During this initial session, my primary goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel as comfortable as possible while we explore what you are experiencing. The more details we gather about your story, the deeper my understanding will be. Together, we will use this foundation to co-create a highly individualized treatment plan tailored specifically to your unique goals and path to healing.
My greatest strength as a clinician is my deep empathy for those who are struggling. I believe that true healing happens through meaningful connection and deep understanding. When you work with me, you will never have to navigate your pain alone; my presence says, "I am here with you in this space." By truly connecting with your unique struggle, we create a secure, empathetic partnership that allows you to safely process your pain and step into a life of lasting healing
I love working with individuals who find themselves feeling stuck, hopeless, or overwhelmed. I love to be the motor to propel them to improve, develop new skills, find their strengths to become their best version of themselves.

Cognitive behavioral therapy means that we look at the link between our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. CBT is evidenced based practice and can help people cope with current problems. DBT is the idea that two opposite things can be true at the same time, provides a dual perspective of life challenges while empowering and bringing hope to people.
Positive Psychology
Positive psychology helps people reach their full potential. When clients are feeling stuck, positive psychology method helps in finding tools to improve wellbeing, and develop strategies to navigate challenges. End result of using positive psychology is that my clients are able to develop resilience, gratitude, identifying personal strengthens, developing confidence in themselves and their abilities and so forth. We all have strengths and I help my clients uncover them in themselves.
