Hello, I am Jennifer. I am a licensed therapist with over 25 years of experience supporting people of all ages through various transitions and challenges. I offer a unique approach to mental health that integrates clinical therapy with moderate physical exercise in the great outdoors. I focus on helping people with anxiety, depression, life transitions, stress/burnout, infertility and alcohol misuse while increasing nourishing habits such as exercise, sleep, nutrition, and other practices that reduce symptoms and calm the nervous system.
Have you ever wished you could get in-person therapy without having to sit in an office with the therapist? Do you feel too busy to schedule both therapy and exercise into one day and wish the two could be combined? If so, then "walk and talk" could be a good fit for you. I offer the opportunity to receive counseling or coaching while outside in nature and moving your body. Research demonstrates that both exercise and spending time outdoors in sunlight and green spaces provides a reduction in symptoms associated with depression, anxiety, and stress while improving mood overall. My unique "walk and talk" method addresses all three aspects of healing and growth: physical, psychological, and spiritual.
Have you found yourself wondering if you are drinking too much and/or too often? Are you tired of experiencing low energy, anxiety, depression, disrupted sleep, sugar cravings, etc. and you wish you had a coach to support you as you navigate a new way of living alcohol free? If you are sober curious, I am here to help!

Welcome! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over twenty years of experience. I initially worked in medical settings which gave me extensive experience in helping people cope with chronic illness. A few years ago, I went into private practice. Although my license was adequate to enter into private practice, I wanted to be as excellent a therapist as I could be. Therefore, I entered a TEAM CBT training program which gave me extra training specifically in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. My Level-3 certification in this form of therapy means I have extra tools and techniques to assist clients in quickly overcoming feelings of depression/anxiety. Relationships and stress are additionally areas that I can help with. Helping clients feel their best despite life challenges is the biggest reward I can imagine.
Hello! I am currently seeing clients virtually throughout California. I help clients with anxiety, life transitions, use trauma informed care, and I am EMDR trained.

Hi! I'm Nick and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who specializes in helping adults who are ready to move beyond just surviving and into a place of genuine connection and wholeness. I understand the profound weight you’ve been carrying for so long, whether it is the shadow of childhood trauma, navigating addiction or recovery, or the deep fatigue of not being fully seen.
If you’ve spent years trying to hold it all together, navigating the world as a man, a trauma survivor, someone who is queer, neurodivergent, or in recovery, you may have learned to mask, people please, or stay small simply to survive. I specialize in supporting those who have felt fundamentally “othered” because of their identity, their sensitivity, or their complex struggles.
My approach can be direct, relational, and deeply connected. You will not find judgment in our sessions. What you will find is honesty, profound compassion, and the kind of authentic support that allows you to safely let your guard down. I believe the most transformative healing happens in relationship through empathy, attunement, and having the space to be fully yourself, without the need for code-switching, masking, or minimizing any part of your experience.
I bring warmth, humor, and realness into our work, meeting you exactly where you are today. Therapy with me is a genuine partnership, focusing on what you need, rather than a rigid prescription. We will collaborate to heal early wounds, develop profound self-compassion, and cultivate a life where you feel a sense of belonging in your own skin.
If any of this resonates and if you are ready for a change and a relational experience with someone who understands your journey, I would be honored to connect with you.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over eight years of experience in the mental health field. My background includes work in Child Protective Services and as a medical social worker, which has shaped my compassionate, grounded, and holistic approach to therapy. These experiences have given me a deep respect for the strength people carry,
even during life’s most difficult seasons. I value cultural awareness and honor each client’s unique identity and lived experience. Therapy with me is a collaborative process where we focus on meaningful, realistic goals that support emotional well-being and lasting change. I strive to create a warm, safe, and nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable being yourself, exploring your concerns, and building on your existing strengths.
I specialize in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression and maternal mental health concerns, including the emotional changes that can occur during pregnancy, postpartum and early parenthood. I also support clients who are navigating questions around cultural identify, family expectations, and balancing personal values with cultural traditions. My goal is to help clients gain clarity, develop coping strategies and reconnect with their strengths. Whether you are adjusting to motherhood, managing anxiety or depression, or exploring your identity or life direction, therapy can be a space where you feel supported, understood and empowered.
I provide a supportive space where you can slow down and process what you have been experiencing.
As an American Family Therapist, I work from a systemic perspective, focusing on the entire family unit rather than just the individual. My goal is to help families uncover and understand deep-rooted patterns and issues that interfere with healthy communication and connection. Through this process, I support each member in developing more effective ways of relating, resolving conflict, and fostering emotional safety with the family system. I primarily use Dialectical Behavior Therapy and view my work through that lens. This means focusing on mindfulness, expanding tolerance for discomfort, increasing effectiveness in relationships and strengthening emotional regulation. When challenges arise in therapy, I often find that the root of the issue can be addressed through one of these core areas. For clients struggling with post-traumatic stress injuries-particularly common in military populations-I also incorporate Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) to help them reframe and work through trauma-related beliefs. My approach is structured, evidence-based, and tailored to the needs of each individual or family.
First, let’s take a moment to say “good for you” for making the choice to take your therapy journey. Therapy has many faces and is different for every person, so it’s important to figure out what therapy means for you. Whether you’re experiencing challenges with depression and anxiety, wanting to work through trauma, or dealing with life changes, know that this is your process. I am here to help support you as we venture out together during your unique journey. I am here to provide a safe, confidential, and nonjudgmental space filled with the supports and skills for coping so that you can accomplish your goals. I have worked with various cultures, age groups, and ethnicities across a variety of challenges, including: trauma, depression, anxiety, stage of life changes, identity, relationship issues, behavioral challenges, and more. I have gained certifications in TFCBT, MAP, and IPT evidenced-based practice models and have 10yrs of experience. I wholeheartedly believe that it is incredibly important to choose the therapist that fits best with you and hope we have the opportunity to connect to help you reach and attain what you envision for your journey.
