I’m an experienced therapist who works closely with women dealing with anxiety and life’s challenges. My approach is relational and grounded in attachment, but most of all, it’s compassionate and collaborative. In our work together, we’ll make space for clarity, balance, and self-acceptance. I’ll walk alongside you as you move through what’s hard, helping you understand yourself more deeply and supporting you in finding your own path toward feeling better and more grounded.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
During our first session, we’ll start by getting to know each other and talking through what’s been going on for you. I’ll invite you to share at your own pace, and we’ll work together to clarify your goals and what you’d like support with. This session is also a chance for you to get a feel for my style and ask any questions. By the end, you should have a sense of what therapy with me will look like and whether it feels like a good fit for you.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
My greatest strengths lie in creating a warm, grounded space where you can be fully yourself. I bring a mix of compassion, honest insight, and a sense of humor to our work—enough to help you breathe a little easier, even when things feel heavy. I’m skilled at helping clients understand the patterns beneath their emotions and relationships, using an attachment-focused, relational approach. Above all, I deeply respect that you are the expert of your own life; my role is to support, guide, and walk alongside you as you move toward the changes you want.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
I’m especially well-suited to support adult women who are moving through anxiety, parenting stress, or significant life changes. Many of my clients come to me during seasons where life feels full and demanding—adjusting to marriage or partnership, juggling the realities of motherhood, or sorting through questions that come up in midlife. I offer a steady, compassionate space to help you make sense of what you’re carrying, reconnect with yourself, and move forward with more clarity and confidence.
Relational
Please note that at this time my evening hours are fully booked. If you would like to work with me, please be available to meet between the hours of 9-4 pm. In my practice, I am deeply committed to the transformative power of relational treatment, recognizing the profound impact that interpersonal connections can have on one's mental and emotional well-being. Over the years, my extensive experience has allowed me to refine and integrate the relational treatment method into my therapeutic approach, making it a cornerstone of my practice. One of the strengths of relational treatment is its adaptability. I firmly believe in tailoring my approach to the unique needs and circumstances of each client. By fostering a collaborative and empathetic therapeutic alliance, I create a safe space where individuals can explore and navigate the complexities of their lives.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I integrate CBT into my work when it can offer clarity and support, especially around managing anxiety and overwhelming thought patterns. I use it in a collaborative, gentle way.. helping you notice the beliefs or habits that are keeping you stuck and explore more balanced, helpful ways of thinking. CBT is never about “fixing” you or forcing positivity; it’s about giving you practical tools you can use in your day-to-day life. I blend these skills with my relational and attachment-focused approach so the work feels grounded, personal, and connected to your real experiences.
