Narcissistic abuse and emotional abuse can leave us feeling confused, hurt, and desperate for answers. You might have thought you found your soulmate, but instead you find yourself in a very complicated relationship. You may feel alone and isolated, blaming yourself for how badly the relationship is going. Instead of being in this amazing relationship, you are now studying everything you can about narcissism and narcissistic abuse. But you’re ready to make a change. You’re ready to make changes, but you don’t know how. You know deep down that it is time to do something different. I am excited to help you start making positive changes in your life.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

During the first session, I want to get to know you and hear what your challenges are. I want to explore what brought you to therapy, and I also want to hear what good might be happening in your life. Together, we will create a treatment plan which will help you achieve your goals for therapy. My hope is for you to live the life you envision.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

I am passionate about working with clients dealing with narcissistic abuse, anxiety, and trauma. Creating a safe space that allows clients to explore how they feel and what they need in their lives, I tailor therapy to your needs, using an eclectic client-centered approach that includes ACT, EMDR, CBT, and mindfulness.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My biggest strength as a therapist is having a lot of lived experiences that I bring to my work as a therapist.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I enjoy working with people who have been in or have just gotten out of emotionally abusive relationships, including narcissistic abusive relationships. I also work with people who deal with anxiety, depression, and trauma symptoms.
