I love supporting people as they discover their passions, break through blocks, and step into the life they’ve always dreamed of. I’m a first-generation, cisgender Latinx woman, born and raised in the Bay Area. I’ve been a licensed therapist for four years, and I’m proud to have recently started my private practice where I get to bring my whole self into the work I do.
In our first session, we’ll take time to get to know each other and talk about the challenges bringing you to therapy. From there, I’ll create a plan tailored to your needs so we can move forward together. Please note: the time you select will be your regular weekly appointment, so choose a slot that works best for your schedule. In-person sessions are available on Wednesdays only.

In our work together, I provide a safe, supportive space to explore challenges, discover strengths, and build coping tools.
