About me

Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a doctorate degree in P-12 Educational Leadership and a Masters degree, in Social Work. I have over 12 years of experience working with children, families, and adults in both in-person and telehealth. Through strength-based and culturally sensitive approaches, I support children and families who are dealing with a multitude of challenges including anxiety, trauma, ADHD, depression. Having professional experience working at a Children’s hospital, I utilize a family systems approach to child therapy and worked closely with children with complex medical and/or mental health challenges. I also have extensive experience with leading parent support groups and social skills groups for kids. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my three kids, going to the beach, and baking.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know each other, allowing me to gain a deeper understanding of the challenges you or your child are facing. Together, we will create a tailored plan that meets your specific needs.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I have experience working with diverse populations in both inpatient and outpatient settings, including a hospital, group homes, an Autism Center, and through telehealth. This background has enhanced my ability to apply evidence-based practices as effective tools and strategies for my clients.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I love working with younger clients anywhere from age 3 to 18! My clients have anxiety, depression, ADHD, Autism, and various other conditions that make life difficult for them to tackle .They often feel like they are unable to control their emotions, leading to frequent meltdowns.
