Hello I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have been practicing in the field of Social Work for over 30 years. I have worked with many different people from a variety of cultures. I have helped both children, adolescents and adults with various concerns from criminal behaviors, addiction, and serious mental illness. My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

My theoretical background is CBT but I am an eclectic provider and will use modalities that are client centered and will help clients improve or decrease distressing symptoms. I have used CBT with clients who have anxiety, depression, and addiction issues to name a few. I help the client to identify behavioral patterns and their irrational thoughts to help them move towards desiring change and taking actions to change.
