You might be moving through life feeling weighed down by grief, shaken by trauma, or working hard to stay sober while the world keeps spinning around you. Maybe certain memories linger longer than you'd like, or emotions show up in ways that feel too big—or too numb. These experiences can make it hard to feel grounded, especially when you're trying to make sense of who you are now. I know how heavy that can feel. In our work together, I bring warmth, respect, and lived understanding—meeting you wherever you are with care and curiosity, and holding space for who you’ve been and who you’re becoming.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

My view of the function of counseling is as a journey of self-exploration by the client, meant to increase their level of self-understanding and self-awareness. I am not an expert on the client’s life who effortlessly dispenses advice to the client on what they should be thinking, feeling, and doing. As a therapist, I act as the guide or facilitator of this journey of self exploration.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Whether you’re struggling with grief, trauma, or anxiety, it is important that you know you don’t have to be alone in this journey. I have the experience to help you achieve your goals, overcome these struggles, and live a more fulfilling and meaningful life.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

As a licensed therapist in California, I specialize in supporting individuals through complex life transitions and emotional challenges. My approach centers on empowering clients to develop resilience, self-compassion, and effective coping strategies. With extensive experience addressing diverse concerns including workplace stress, social anxiety, relationship dynamics, and women's mental health, I create a supportive environment that honors each person's unique journey.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is much more than sitting and talking about whatever comes to mind during a session. CBT sessions are structured to ensure that the therapist and the person in treatment are focused on the different goals of each session, which in turn ensures that each and every session is productive.
