About
Are you feeling stuck, disconnected, or unsure of who you are becoming? Life transitions, relationship struggles, anxiety, grief, identity questions, and existential pain can leave us feeling overwhelmed or lost. Therapy offers a space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself in a deeper way.
I help people of all ages reconnect with their authentic selves by exploring the unconscious patterns that shape our thoughts, emotions, and relationships.
I help individuals of all ages better understand the unconscious patterns that shape their emotions, relationships, and sense of self. Together, we explore what may be keeping you stuck, uncover deeper meaning in your experiences, and create space for healing, growth, and lasting change. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in Depth Psychology and Integrative Healing Practices, I offer a holistic approach that honors the connection between mind, body, and spirit. I believe each person carries an innate capacity for healing, and therapy can help bring that inner wisdom forward. My role is to support you with compassion and insight as you move toward greater clarity, authenticity, and wholeness.
First session
Our first session is about connection, curiosity, and creating a sense of safety. You’ll be invited to share what brings you to therapy—what feels present, what’s been difficult, and what you hope to understand or change. There’s no rush to have it all figured out. My role is to listen deeply, without judgment, and to begin mapping the emotional and symbolic landscape of your experience. We’ll talk about your history, relationships, and the patterns that may be asking for attention. I’ll also share how I work from a depth-oriented and transpersonal lens, integrating the psychological, embodied, and meaning-making dimensions of healing. Together, we’ll set intentions for our work—whether it’s gaining clarity, exploring identity, integrating transpersonal experiences, or developing new ways of relating to yourself and others. By the end of the session, most clients feel a sense of being seen and understood—perhaps for the first time in a long while. It’s the beginning of a collaborative journey toward greater authenticity, purpose, and wholeness.
Strengths
As a depth-oriented psychotherapist, my greatest strength lies in helping clients explore the deeper layers of their psyche while honoring the wisdom of their lived experience. I bring an integrative lens that bridges psychology, culture, and meaning—inviting awareness of how the unconscious expresses itself through dreams, symbols, and relationships. My approach is both grounded and intuitive, shaped by my background as a Queer Latinx therapist of color who understands the impact of identity, culture, and systemic oppression on the soul’s journey. Clients often describe feeling deeply seen and understood in our work together. I hold a calm and compassionate presence, guiding individuals to uncover their innate capacity for healing, growth, and transformation. By attuning to the symbolic, emotional, and transpersonal dimensions of experience, I help clients move beyond symptom relief toward authenticity, integration, and wholeness.
Ideal clients
I work best with young adults and adults who feel disconnected from themselves and are ready for deeper healing. Many of my clients are moving through life transitions, identity exploration, anxiety, grief, relationship struggles, or existential questions and want more than surface-level coping strategies. I’m especially attuned to supporting Queer, questioning, and gender-expansive individuals, as well as people of color and those healing from cultural or intergenerational trauma. I also work well with clients seeking to integrate spiritual, transpersonal, or deeply meaningful inner experiences in a grounded and affirming therapeutic space.
Treatment methods
Attachment-based
An attachment-based approach looks at how our early attachments as children affect our current relationships as adults.
Narrative
A narrative therapist understands how the past narratives we carry can greatly affect how we see the world in the present moment.
Integrative
As a depth-psychotherapist, I integrate many holistic psychotherapeutic modalities such as: expressive arts, mindfulness techniques, sandplay, dream work/dream-tending, active imagination, somatic, archetypal, Indigenous wisdom, psychedelic integration...etc.
Jungian
As a depth psychotherapist, I understand symptoms as the psyche’s way of communicating and seek to uncover what lies beneath the surface.
Gender-affirming therapy
As a part of the LGBT+ community myself, I deeply understand the importance of gender-affirming care.
