My focus is to provide support and guidance. I provide individual, couples, and family therapy (ages 5+) using a client-centered approach. I use a wide variety of therapeutic approaches, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), etc. I am bilingual in English and Spanish. I provide a safe space to express thoughts and feelings while providing ongoing support and guidance. I focus on goals targeting current mental health challenges to explore improving current mental health challenges. During the first session, we will identify the main challenges to create a specific treatment plan that fits your needs.
