Thank you for visiting my profile. I have been in the mental health field for 35 years and have worked in many settings and with many issues throughout my career. I have a doctorate in clinical psychology, a masters in clinical social work and a masters in counseling. I am comfortable working with all populations and strive to meet my patients where they are in their process.
Our first session will consist of reviewing intake information and getting to know about your needs and goals for therapy and life. I listen to hear what you are seeking and we will together construct a treatment plan to meet your needs.
I feel my extensive experience, education and personality help me to be a standout provider, and sincerely look forward to meeting with my patients with care, empathy and desire to help everyone help themselves. While I utilize the psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral approaches, many other therapy modalities I am vastly experienced with as well. We together determine, with my guidance what will work best for each individual person.
I always strive to meet my patients where they are regarding their needs and thoughts/feelings towards therapy, and work with their comfort level to create change.

First session was excellent, immediately felt safe opening up about just about everything. And was given counsel on very clear steps on how to move forward, one step at a time. I’ve been searching for a therapist for years and this is Exactly what I needed and I am incredibly grateful.
