Hi there! I have been practicing therapy for thirteen years and still find so much joy in learning each persons unique story. Just a little about me: I graduated from University of the Pacific in 2011 with my BA in Psychology and Cal State Northridge with my MS in Counseling in 2013.
I saw my first client in 2012 and have worked in a variety of settings since then: on site elementary and middle schools, private practice, EAP, intensive outpatient programs, and residential treatment.
I have been privileged being a therapist for over 40 years. I have worked as a probation officer, child protection worker and directer of various treatment programs. I have also been in therapy which gives me a perspective of the the value of therapy as both a client and therapist. I enjoy working with folks in the recovery community, first responders and those who had traumatic childhoods. I respect the courage it takes to ask for help. I treat your courage with honor and dignity.
Hi, I’m Ryan Ingram, PsyD, a licensed psychologist in California. I work with adults, teens, and couples who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of their next steps - whether that’s related to anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, identity, or major life transitions.
I specialize in working with individuals and strive to create a space that feels affirming, safe, and grounded in respect for your lived experience. Therapy with me is collaborative and supportive. I am a licensed therapist with a PhD in Clinical Psychology who has worked in the field for most of my adult life, in a variety of settings and with a wide range of people. I use approaches and methods drawn from classes, teachers, and traditions that speak to the universality of human suffering and the need for tender, fierce, and playful compassion to help relieve it. Suffering can arise from a specific problematic emotional or behavioral pattern that needs changing, calling for a focused systematic approach. Or someone can suffer from a vague chronic dissatisfaction and worry that, "there's something wrong with me," inviting gentle but persistant curiosity and education. Often suffering comes from anxiety, depression, loneliness, feeling stuck, or simply overwhelmed. I invite clients to "think out loud" with me, verbally or otherwise, sharing only when and what they're ready to, but listening for aspects of their experience that may need attention, including neglected aspects of themselves. I offer suggestions, and encourage trying new behaviors and noticing the results. "If what you're doing isn't working, do something else."
I believe a good clinician is a moldable one — someone who adapts to the person in front of them rather than fitting people into a fixed approach. My work is collaborative, insight-oriented, and grounded in the belief that you are the expert on yourself. Together, we explore the patterns, stories, and relational blueprints that have shaped how you see yourself and the world — and we work to rewrite the ones that no longer serve you.
I work with individuals and couples across the lifespan, and I am proudly affirming of the LGBTQIA+, kink, and BDSM communities. I specialize in trauma, identity, depression, anxiety, relationships, and sexual health, and I bring the same nonjudgmental, culturally humble approach to every client I see. I also offer faith-integrated counseling for those who wish to incorporate spirituality into their healing.
Whether you arrive ready to dive in or full of resistance — I'll meet you where you are. I am bilingual and bicultural, and welcome clients who move between both languages and worlds.

I aim to create a space that is calm, supportive, and nonjudgmental, where you can show up as you are, speak openly, and process what you’re going through while also building practical tools to better navigate everyday life.
I wholeheartedly believe it’s my role as a therapist to assist you in realizing, accessing and cultivating the internal and external resources that you already possess. Hello and welcome! I am a doctor of Psychology, a licensed marriage and family therapist and a licensed professional clinical counselor. I am located in California and have 14 years of experience in helping individuals navigate their emotional challenges through various evidence-based treatment methods. My goal is to empower you to understand yourself better, heal from past traumas, and improve your relationships, ultimately leading to a more fulfilling life.
I’m Sahebjit “TJ” Singh, LMFT, and I specialize in depth therapy for identity issues, complex trauma, emotional wounds, and long-standing patterns that keep people stuck.
I work best with clients who are ready to look beneath the surface and explore the core beliefs, survival patterns, and parts of themselves that have shaped their life, relationships, and identity. My approach is built on Radical Compassion, which means I bring honesty, empathy, and directness without shame. We name what is real, face what has been avoided, and work toward meaningful change.
This is not surface-level therapy. It is emotionally honest, reflective, and sometimes uncomfortable. Because of that, it may not be the best starting point for everyone.
I may not be the right fit if you are currently in crisis, actively unsafe, recently hospitalized, experiencing unmanaged psychosis or mania, needing frequent emergency support, or primarily seeking short-term stabilization. If you are brand new to therapy and mainly looking for basic coping skills or symptom management, another therapist may be a better first step before beginning deeper trauma or identity work.
You do not need to have everything figured out. You do not need to feel fully ready. But you do need enough stability, curiosity, and willingness to examine yourself honestly.
If you are tired of repeating old patterns and are ready to understand yourself at the root, I invite you to visit SupportSpiritCounseling.com to see if my approach feels like the right fit.

I'm a Bilingual Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, with 19 years of clinical experience, 15 years licensed within private practice.
I consider myself to be bicultural. Having been raised as a first-generation American in a Latin family, I can identify with the mentality of someone living within two "worlds". Transitioning from one culture to another with seemingly different values, beliefs and language. I can easily understand the struggle that maintaining, and existing in both, can sometimes be. I've come to perceive and appreciate it as the gift of having a "bridge" that allows connection to, and understanding of, different aspects of people and life.
My education has a foundation in Clinical Psychology, woven with holistic transpersonal themes, the connection between mind, body, and spirit, and just plain down-to-earth common sense. Always keeping in mind the client's personal beliefs and values.
Hi! Welcome to Grow! I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor & hold a Masters of Science in Counseling Psychology from Hope International University. My academic curriculum specialized in: family systems, biopsychosocial thought, psychodynamic approaches, and person centered interventions. Outside of being a therapist, I enjoy participating in ministry work, being active in recreational sports, volunteering as a crisis counselor & hospice volunteer. Some of my past work experience has included: working in special education as a substitute teacher, in the public-school sector as a tutor/instructional assistant, and as an in-home behavior interventionist working with kids who have developmental disabilities.

I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you and walk alongside with you in that process.
You don’t have to struggle alone!
I believe therapy should feel like a safe, supportive place to slow down, feel understood, and begin making sense of what you are carrying. Using Internal Family Systems (IFS), I help clients gently explore the parts of themselves that may feel overwhelmed, stuck, protective, or hurt. My hope is that through our work together, clients feel less alone, more self-compassionate, and more able to move through life with greater clarity and ease.
In our hectic world we often find ourselves afraid to take risks that could jeopardize the stable lives we have created for ourselves. We remain in jobs, relationships and old patterns that no longer work, while symptoms such as anxiety, depression, stress, anger and self-defeating patterns keep us from making real changes to our lives.
If that sounds like you, you are stuck. We can feel lost and alone when we are unable to move forward, whether in work or a personal relationship. Therapy can help you break free of that and thrive.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a focus on teens, adults, and couples. I have worked with clients on concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and family reunification.
