We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what’s been feeling most overwhelming, and what you hope to work toward. There’s no pressure to share everything at once—we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you.

My greatest strengths are my ability to create a warm, grounded, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel genuinely seen and supported. I help clients slow down, understand their emotions, and build healthier ways of coping and communicating. I’m skilled at guiding clients through grief, relationship stress, and major life transitions while offering both compassion and practical tools.

I use these approaches to help clients identify patterns, understand their emotional responses, and develop practical tools they can rely on in their daily lives. In my practice, I focus on creating a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes. I tailor each method to the unique needs of the individual, ensuring therapy feels collaborative and personalized.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

I use mindfulness-based techniques to help clients become more aware of their thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations. This approach supports emotional regulation, reduces stress, and increases self-awareness. In my practice, I teach practical skills—such as grounding and focused breathing—that clients can use both inside and outside of session.
