Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know each other and creating a space where you feel comfortable and supported. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what’s been feeling most overwhelming, and what you’d like to work toward. There’s no pressure to share everything at once we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strengths are my ability to create a warm, grounded, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel genuinely seen and supported. I help clients slow down, understand their emotions, and build healthier ways of coping and communicating. I’m skilled at guiding clients through grief, relationship stress, and major life transitions while offering both compassion and practical tools.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work best with young adult women who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves. You may be navigating anxiety, self-doubt, relationship challenges, or a major life transition and are ready for things to feel different. My clients are often insightful and motivated for change, but may struggle with overthinking, people pleasing, or feeling unsure of themselves. They’re looking for a space where they can feel understood, gain clarity, and learn how to trust themselves more. If you’re ready to better understand your emotions, set healthier boundaries, and feel more grounded and confident in your daily life, we would be a great fit.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

My approach to treatment is grounded in evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness-based techniques. I use these approaches to help clients identify patterns, understand their emotional responses, and develop practical tools they can rely on in their daily lives. In my practice, I focus on creating a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes. I tailor each method to the unique needs of the individual, ensuring therapy feels collaborative and personalized.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

I use mindfulness-based techniques to help clients become more aware of their thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations. This approach supports emotional regulation, reduces stress, and increases self-awareness. In my practice, I teach practical skills—such as grounding and focused breathing—that clients can use both inside and outside of session.

Strength-Based

I use a strengths-based approach, which means we focus on identifying and building on your existing strengths, resilience, and inner resources. In our work together, we’ll highlight what’s working, explore past successes, and use those strengths to help you navigate challenges, build confidence, and create meaningful change. This approach is collaborative, empowering, and centered on helping you feel more capable and grounded in your daily life.
