Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

During our first session, we'll gather insights on your current struggles and experiences. We will also have an opportunity to get to know each other and establish your intentions for your growth.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I tailor my therapeutic approach with evidence based modalities while integrating your needs, goals, lived experiences, core values and environment. My goal is to ensure that therapy feels relevant, respectful, and empowering.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I love working with clients that are ready to commit to themselves by starting their healing journeys and willingness to leave their space of comfort. My ideal clients are those who recognize that growth requires effort and are willing to explore the deeper roots of their challenges.

My treatment methods

Psychoeducation

It is imperative that people understand what is affecting them and impeding their journeys. I utilize psychoeducation to increase self-awareness, practice problem solving skills and increase their knowledge on their symptoms.

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

Often times we focus on things, relationships and situations that we cannot control and often times this leads us with shame, despair and hopelessness. Through our sessions, I will assist you to navigate these conflicts in order for you to accept without letting go of these relationships or situations.
