I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in helping teens and young adults navigate emotional overwhelm, behavior challenges, and school-related stress. Drawing from my school-based experience, I provide a practical, supportive approach that helps clients improve emotional regulation, communication, and daily functioning. I also incorporate EMDR-informed techniques to help clients process deeper experiences and create meaningful, lasting change.
In your first session, we’ll create a supportive space to understand your teen’s or young adult’s challenges and goals. I’ll ask about emotions, behavior, school, and daily life to get a clear picture of what’s happening. Together, we’ll start identifying practical strategies to feel more in control, and I’ll explain how EMDR-informed techniques may help process deeper experiences. This session is a safe, collaborative opportunity to ask questions and see how we can work together toward meaningful change.

Together, we develop tools and strategies that make life at home, school, and in relationships more manageable—so teens and young adults can thrive.
I work with parents, young adults and adults experiencing/feeling anxiety, trauma, or emotional overwhelm. I specialize in school-based challenges, IEP/504 concerns, or parenting stress, helping clients understand behavior, improve relationships and feel more in control at home and in life. Using EMDR alongside practical supportive strategies, I provide a safe collaborative space focused on achieving real lasting change in both daily life and family dynamics.
EMDR
I am trained in EMDR and use it to help clients process trauma, anxiety, and emotional triggers at the root. So you can feel real, lasting relief. I also integrate tools and parenting support, with a background in school-based mental health and IEP systems
Supportive
I provide supportive therapy that offers a safe, non- judgmental space where you can feel heard and understood. I help you process challenges, and gain clarity while offering practical guidance you can use in your daily life.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use Cognitive Behavioral therapy to help you identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns that impact your emotions and behavior. Together, we build practical strategies to improve mood, reduce anxiety, and create lasting change.
