New to Grow
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with teens, young adults, and women navigating anxiety, burnout, and the pressure to “hold it all together.” If you find yourself overthinking, feeling overwhelmed, or struggling to keep up, you’re not alone. With a background in school-based settings, I take a warm, practical approach to help you manage anxiety, regulate emotions, and build healthier boundaries. I also incorporate EMDR-informed techniques to support deeper healing and lasting change. My style is down-to-earth and collaborative, creating a space where you can feel understood, supported, and more like yourself again.
In your first session, we’ll create a supportive space to understand your teen’s or young adult’s challenges and goals. I’ll ask about emotions, behavior, school, and daily life to get a clear picture of what’s happening. Together, we’ll start identifying practical strategies to feel more in control, and I’ll explain how EMDR-informed techniques may help process deeper experiences. This session is a safe, collaborative opportunity to ask questions and see how we can work together toward meaningful change.
I provide a supportive, results-focused approach that helps teens and young adults feel understood and empowered. I combine practical strategies for managing emotions, behavior, and school-related challenges with EMDR-informed techniques to address deeper experiences that may be driving stress or conflict. My goal is not just to help clients cope, but to create lasting change: improving emotional regulation, communication, confidence, and daily functioning. Together, we develop tools and strategies that make life at home, school, and in relationships more manageable—so teens and young adults can thrive.
I’m best positioned to support teens, young adults, and women who are dealing with anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and burnout—especially those who tend to be high-achieving or hard on themselves. Many of my clients struggle with overthinking, people-pleasing, or feeling like they have to “hold it all together,” even when they’re exhausted. They’re often looking for help managing stress, improving emotional regulation, setting healthier boundaries, and feeling more confident in themselves and their relationships. I also work well with clients who are ready to explore deeper patterns and experiences while building practical tools they can use in their daily lives.
EMDR
I am trained in EMDR and use it to help clients process trauma, anxiety, and emotional triggers at the root. So you can feel real, lasting relief. I also integrate tools and parenting support, with a background in school-based mental health and IEP systems
Supportive
I provide supportive therapy that offers a safe, non- judgmental space where you can feel heard and understood. I help you process challenges, and gain clarity while offering practical guidance you can use in your daily life.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use Cognitive Behavioral therapy to help you identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns that impact your emotions and behavior. Together, we build practical strategies to improve mood, reduce anxiety, and create lasting change.
