My name is Liliana and I am a bilingual (English & Spanish) Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Los Angeles, offering telehealth therapy to adults across California.

I bring curiosity, empathy, and deep respect for each person’s unique journey, while also offering practical tools to help clients navigate the ups and downs of life and manage their current symptoms.

First session

In our first session, we'll spend time getting to know you and learning what brings you to therapy. I'll ask questions about your presenting concerns, how you've been feeling recently, and your history. The first session is about information gathering, building an initial connection, and helping me understand how we can best work together. My approach is to create a safe and warm atmosphere from the beginning for you to comfortably identify what brings you to therapy and what goals you'd like to accomplish.

Strengths

My greatest strength as a therapist is flexibility; I meet clients where they are. For some, that means offering practical tools and coping strategies to manage symptoms and daily challenges. For others, it means being a supportive sounding board, providing empathy and perspective. And for those seeking deeper exploration, I guide them in uncovering unconscious patterns through shadow work, body‑oriented practices, and holistic methods that foster lasting change. I emphasize self‑care and well‑being, and I strive to create a safe, collaborative space where clients feel respected, supported, and empowered to grow. Ultimately, my strength lies in combining empathy and accountability to help clients achieve both immediate relief and long‑term transformation. Jungian and Somatic Experiencing are my primary modalities, though my therapeutic approach is also considered eclectic.

Ideal clients

I work best with adults who are introspective and ready to explore their inner world. My focus is on young and middle‑aged adults seeking individual therapy to address childhood issues, emotional distress, family relationships, and life stressors that contribute to anxiety, depression, stress, and somatic symptoms. I am a strong match for clients who want lasting change and are open to working holistically through approaches such as shadow work, dream work, meditation/visualizations, and body‑oriented practices, alongside CBT tools. While I value all forms of therapy, I don’t specialize in romantic relationship issues, attachment dynamics, codependency, eating disorders, or addiction, and I encourage clients with those needs to connect with professionals who focus on those areas.

Treatment methods

Eclectic

I use an eclectic, integrative approach that blends Jungian Psychology, Somatic Experiencing, CBT, person center, and mindfulness. This combination helps clients deepen self-awareness, regulate their nervous systems, and build practical tools for everyday life. I focus on the whole person: mind, body, and spirit, and tailor therapy to meet each client’s needs. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and empowered to explore meaningful change.
