New clients continue care with this provider

Hello, I’m Sharon Price. Are you feeling overwhelmed by the weight of trauma, depression, or anxiety? Do you often feel stuck, disconnected, or unsure of how to move forward? You don’t have to face these challenges alone—I’m here to support you every step of the way. With over seven years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families, I’ve helped clients of all ages—from young children to adults—find healing and hope. My work has included supporting children and families in foster care through the impacts of trauma and loss, as well as guiding adults through the complexities of anxiety, depression, and strained relationships. I understand that carrying the burdens of the past or the weight of daily struggles can feel isolating and exhausting. My approach is compassionate, nonjudgmental, and tailored to your unique needs. Together, we can explore the underlying causes of your pain, work to heal emotional wounds, and develop tools to help you feel more confident, connected, and in control of your life. Whether you’re seeking to rebuild trust in your relationships, learn new ways to communicate, or simply find a safe space to unpack your thoughts and emotions, I’m here to help. Healing is possible, and I’d be honored to walk this journey with you. Let’s find your path forward together.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we’ll start with brief introductions and take time to get to know each other, creating a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you feel comfortable sharing your thoughts, feelings, and goals.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

I take an eclectic approach to therapy, drawing on a variety of strategies to support you in achieving your goals. These include Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Gottman Method Couples Therapy (Level 1), and practical problem-solving skills.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My biggest strength is in providing a non-judgmental, friendly and collaborative relationship with my clients that supports them in reaching their goals. Seeking help when things are tough is hard and I want my clients to feel they are in a safe place to explore their needs and create change.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

My ideal therapy client is someone navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, anger, trauma, or relationship distress who is open to exploring their emotions, building resilience, and working toward meaningful change.
