You don’t have to carry it all alone. Welcome — I’m so glad you’re here. I help moms who feel tired, worried, or overwhelmed. Many moms love their kids very much but feel stressed, guilty, or like they’ve forgotten about themselves. They want to feel calm, happy, and more like who they used to be. I’ve been helping people for many years, and therapy with me is a safe place to slow down and take a deep breath. We work on simple tools to help you feel less worried, handle big feelings, set healthy limits, and take better care of yourself. If you want more calm and confidence, you are not alone. We will work together to help you feel stronger, supported, and more at peace as you find your rhythm again.
Hello there! In our first session, we’ll start by getting to know each other. There is no pressure and no right or wrong things to say. This is a safe space just for you. You can tell me about what’s been feeling hard, what’s worrying you, or what you hope could feel better. I will listen carefully and kindly, without judging you or trying to rush you. We’ll talk about what you’d like help with and what therapy can look like for you. You can ask any questions you have, and you can share if you feel nervous or unsure — that’s very normal. Our first session is all about helping you feel comfortable, supported, and understood. We’ll take things one step at a time, together.
One of my biggest strengths is making therapy feel safe and kind. I create a space where you can be yourself and know you won’t be judged. I listen carefully and help you feel seen, heard, and understood. I bring warmth, care, and real-life understanding to our work together. After working with me, many clients say they feel emotionally stronger, more balanced, and more confident speaking up for themselves. They learn how to set healthy boundaries and handle life’s surprises with more calm and confidence. As someone diagnosed with ADHD later in life, I understand what it’s like to juggle responsibilities while feeling scattered, overwhelmed, or misunderstood. Many clients appreciate working with a therapist who truly ‘gets it’ from the inside. I use this lived insight to create a space that feels validating, structured, and supportive.”
I help women and parents who are going through big changes in life. This can include being a new parent, raising young children, working and caring for a family at the same time, or taking care of a child with special needs or neurodivergent. I also help people understand their feelings and build healthier relationships. Sometimes this means talking about hard things from childhood that still affect them today. Together, we work on feeling more balanced, confident, and clear about life at home and at work.
Other specialties
I identify as
Eclectic
In my practice, I use different tools to help you, because everyone is different. We will find what works best for you, just like picking the right tools from a toolbox. We’ll try simple ways to help you feel better, handle hard moments, and grow at your own pace. My office is a safe and caring space, and we’ll work together step by step to help you feel stronger and more at ease.
Mind-body approach
I use a mind-body approach, which means we work with both your thoughts and your body. Our bodies and feelings are connected, so when your body feels tense or stressed, your mind can feel worried too. Together, we learn simple ways to help your body feel calm, like breathing, noticing your body, and slowing things down. When your body feels safer and calmer, your mind can think more clearly, and your feelings feel easier to handle. This gentle approach helps you feel more relaxed, steady, and in control — especially when life feels hard or overwhelming.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
In my therapy sessions, I help people notice the thoughts in their heads and how those thoughts affect how they feel and act. Sometimes our thoughts can be unkind or make things feel harder than they need to be. I help moms who feel overwhelmed learn to talk to themselves in a kinder, more helpful way. Instead of being hard on themselves, they learn how to be more gentle and realistic. For people who feel anxious or have trouble focusing, I teach simple tools to help calm big feelings, get started on tasks, and stay more organized. We practice small steps together so things don’t feel so overwhelming. We work as a team, and you get to help choose what feels helpful. Little by little, these steps help create real and lasting change.

Yadrira seriously took one of the most awful weekends and pit i've had in my stomach and completely turned that around in an hour session. Never makes it feel like she's just "on my side" or telling me what I want to hear but rather helps me understand the boundaries I am trying to set are correct and if friends/people don't get that now they will someday. Thank you thank you thank you. You have no idea how much better I feel in just our 60 minutes, second time meeting. Appreciate you <3
