What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Hello there! In your first psychotherapy session with me, you can expect a warm and welcoming environment where we'll get to know each other. We'll discuss your goals, concerns, and what you hope to achieve through therapy. It's an opportunity for you to share your story, and I'll be here to listen without judgment. Together, we'll start building a foundation of trust and understanding as we embark on your therapeutic journey. Feel free to ask any questions or share any hesitations you may have – this session is all about making you feel comfortable and supported. Looking forward to our time together!

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Parenting is hard! And now post COVID it's even harder. Many times, we wonder if we are doing our best. The truth is, you are! I am especially passionate with supporting parents with strengthening parent-child relationships and supporting parents with building confidence with their own parenting strategies. Many times, we as parents need to process our own parenting stories or childhood stories that we experienced or were conditioned to believe to parent our own children from a clean space. I have more than 10 years of experience working with adults, children, and families. I have experience advocating for and supporting families with special needs children. I have worked in school settings and have personal experience advocating for my own child.
