Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in California. I received my Masters degree in Social Work and have been practicing for 6 years. I'm a therapist specializing in helping people manage anxiety, cope with grief, work stress, adoption, etc. I teach practical coping skills and use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help clients challenge negative thought patterns, reduce anxiety and process their grief in a healthy way.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strengths lie in my ability to create a safe and empathetic space where clients feel heard and supported. I excel at breaking down complex emotions into manageable parts, helping clients understand and reframe their thought patterns. My focus on teaching practical coping skills and my commitment to evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy allow me to equip clients with the tools they need to overcome challenges.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I am eager to work with individuals who are struggling with anxiety, those navigating the complex emotions of grief, work stress and adoption. My clients are often seeking practical tools to manage overwhelming thoughts and emotions, and they value a structures, evidenced-based approach like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I also work well with those who are ready to engage actively in their healing process, whether they're looking to overcome anxiety or find a way forward after a significant loss.
