LCSW, 6 years of experience
New to Grow
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT) candidate, dedicated to providing a safe, empathetic, and supportive space for healing and growth. I believe in offering culturally sensitive, nonjudgmental care tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual. Whether you are seeking guidance through personal challenges or working toward specific goals, I am here to help you navigate the journey with compassion and understanding.
During the first session, clients can expect empathetic listening and a welcoming space to share their story. I focus on understanding why they are seeking therapy, what their goals are, and exploring their expectations for the process. I encourage clients to share as much as they feel comfortable and invite and questions they may have. This initial session helps lay the foundation for a trusting, collaborative relationship moving forward.
My strengths lie in creating a safe, supportive environment where clients feel heard and understood. I am patient-focused and goal-oriented, combining a compassionate, holistic approach with active listening to guide meaningful progress. I also emphasize self-care and advocate for each client’s overall well-being as we work toward their therapeutic goals.
My ideal clients are adults seeking a safe, affirming space to explore their challenges and growth. I work with LGBTQ+ individuals and everyone and anyone navigating depression, anxiety, life transitions, relationship concerns, sex addiction, intimacy issues or social isolation. Together, we focus on building insight, resilience, and healthier connections to self and others.
