I am a California Licensed Clinical Social Worker with approximately 14 years of experience working with adults and youth. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with introductions and discuss what your current challenges are, and how they may impact your life. We will create a plan with goals and objectives according to your needs and wants for us to work through in follow-up sessions. We will come up with strategies to instill hope and discuss possible ways to cope with current stressors.

By being an empathetic listener and providing validation to my clients' experiences and challenges, I help my client process their issues and create goals to achieve desire goals and make positive progress in their mental health.
