My name is Manuel Cruz and I have been practicing for almost 20 years. I have worked in a variety of settings from schools to hospitals treating various mental health conditions. Believing that every client is unique I utilize an integrative approach of cognitive, interpersonal, client-centered therapy to tailor interventions to the specific needs of my clients. With an extensive background and experience with relational therapy I am able to help couples, families, and individuals realize their potential and achieve their goals.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

The first session includes a good deal of questions to begin assessing the appropriateness of the level of care. Through these questions it is important for me to meet the client where they are at. This is also an opportunity for the client to see if they think I am a good fit.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I believe in the power of the relationship and that this is the vehicle of change. I am able to hold a space for my clients, be present with them, tailor my approach to their unique needs and help clients create lasting change.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I am looking to work with clients who are motivated to do the work necessary to become the best version of themselves. Clients that don’t mind being challenged and are open to feedback. Clients who implement the skills consistently and are honest when they do not. Clients that are ready to feel better.
