Malloree Ullrich
Life can feel overwhelming at times. I work with adults navigating anxiety, stress, grief, relationships, and life transitions. My approach is warm, compassionate, and collaborative.
I believe in listening with compassion while gently helping clients recognize patterns, gain perspective, and find a path forward.
I strive to create a supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and comfortable being yourself as we work toward meaningful change together, at a pace that feels right for you.
First session
Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin exploring what brings you to therapy. We'll discuss your current concerns, what you hope to gain from therapy, and any goals you may have. My goal is for you to feel heard, comfortable, and supported without feeling pressured to share more than you're ready to. We'll move at a pace that feels right for you.
Strengths
I bring a warm, down-to-earth, and compassionate approach to sessions. I strive to create a comfortable, judgment-free space where clients feel safe being open and honest. I’m a good listener, but I also believe in gently challenging clients when it can help them recognize patterns, gain perspective, and move forward. I value collaboration and tailor my approach to each person's needs, helping clients build confidence, strengthen coping skills, and feel more grounded.
Ideal clients
My ideal clients are adults navigating anxiety, stress, burnout, grief, relationship challenges, or major life transitions. They may feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of their next steps. I enjoy working with individuals who want a supportive, judgment-free space to better understand themselves, explore patterns, strengthen coping skills, and feel more grounded and confident. I welcome clients who value a collaborative approach and are open to personal growth.
Treatment methods
Supportive
I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and comfortable discussing their concerns. I offer encouragement, validation, and perspective while helping clients navigate difficult emotions, manage stress, recognize their strengths, and develop healthier ways of coping with life's challenges.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I help clients recognize connections between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we explore unhelpful thinking patterns and develop practical strategies to manage anxiety, reduce stress, and respond to challenging situations in healthier ways.
Solution-Focused Brief Treatment
I help clients identify their strengths, recognize what is already working, and focus on realistic steps toward positive change. Rather than focusing only on problems, we explore possibilities, build on existing resources, and identify achievable goals that help clients move forward.
Motivational Interviewing
I use open-ended questions, reflection, and collaboration to help clients explore their feelings about change and identify what matters most to them. My goal is to help clients recognize their own motivation, build confidence, and identify steps toward changes that feel meaningful and achievable.
Attachment-based
I help clients explore how past experiences and relationships may influence their current thoughts, emotions, and relationship patterns. Through increased self-awareness and understanding, clients can work toward building healthier connections, strengthening boundaries, and developing more secure relationships.
