Offering a therapeutic space where you feel safe, respected, and encouraged to show up exactly as you are.
I believe therapy should be a space where you feel safe, respected, and encouraged to show up exactly as you are.
First session
Our first session is about building trust, understanding your goals, and setting the stage for your therapy journey in a safe, non‑judgmental space to share what’s bringing you here. You can start wherever you feel comfortable — there’s no need to have your “whole story” ready.
Strengths
We’ll work together to identify your strengths and create goals that feel realistic and empowering. I approach therapy with warmth, authenticity, and collaboration.
Ideal clients
I work well with those navigating depression, anxiety, life transitions, or personal setbacks. If you’ve been feeling stuck, self-doubt, or overwhelmed, I can help you build the tools and confidence to move forward. My approach blends empathy with practical strategies so you can process what’s holding you back and take steps toward the life you want. Whether you’re starting fresh after a major change or seeking a safe space to explore your thoughts and feelings, I’m here to walk alongside you.
Treatment methods
Dialectical Behavior (DBT)
If you’ve felt overwhelmed by intense emotions, struggled to regulate your mood, or found yourself in a cycle of self-harm or impulsive actions, you’re not alone. In my practice, I use Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help you build practical skills for emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and mindful living. We work together to identify patterns that keep you stuck, replace them with effective strategies, and create a safe space to practice new ways of coping. I believe DBT offers a compassionate, evidence-based path to stability and self-understanding, and I’m committed to walking that path with you.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
If anxiety, depression, or unhelpful thinking patterns are keeping you from living your best life, you’re not alone. I help clients notice the patterns that keep them stuck and build new ones that work. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) — is a structured, evidence‑based method that works with you to identify unhelpful thoughts and behaviors, challenge them, and replace them with healthier alternatives. We focus on practical, measurable goals, and I tailor each plan to your needs.
Acceptance and commitment (ACT)
If anxiety, avoidance, or difficulties in thinking keeps you from living the life you want, you’re not alone. In my practice, I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you accept what you can’t change, clarify your values, and take committed action toward the life you want. ACT in my sessions means we’ll work together to reduce the pain of unwanted thoughts and feelings, while increasing your psychological flexibility and engagement in meaningful activities. I believe therapy is about building a life worth living, not just reducing symptoms.
