As a potential provider with Grow Therapy, your initial conversation will be a comprehensive introduction to your partnership opportunities. A friendly member of the Provider Growth team will explain Grow Therapy’s mission and services. We’ll align on your private practice goals and see how Grow can support your journey.

During the conversation, you’ll discuss your background, including your license type, state of practice, and current work setting. You’ll also discuss your vision for your private practice, such as your desired work structure and client load. Grow Therapy will present a detailed overview of its full suite of services, which includes:

You’ll learn about the autonomy you’ll have in your practice, including setting your schedule and choosing your clients. Grow Therapy will explain the credentialing process, the insurance panels they work with, and the benefits of being part of their group contract, such as guaranteed reimbursement and the ability to see self-pay clients.

The conversation will also cover the technology aspect, including the HIPAA-compliant telehealth tool and the provider portal functionalities. You’ll be briefed on the billing process, payment structure, and scheduling flexibility. Marketing support will be discussed, highlighting how Grow Therapy helps you generate referrals through various channels, including online directories and social media.

Finally, you’ll be introduced to the Grow Community, a network of over 10,000 providers where you can connect with peers, access resources, and participate in events. The meeting will conclude with a Q&A session to address any questions you may have, followed by an outline of the next steps, including the follow-up emails you’ll receive with an overview of the discussed topics and the Provider Agreement.

By the end of the conversation, you’ll clearly understand what partnering with Grow Therapy entails and how it can benefit your private practice.

If you don’t currently have a therapist, we can connect you with one who can offer support and address any questions or concerns. If you or your child is experiencing a medical emergency, is considering harming themselves or others, or is otherwise in imminent danger, you should dial 9-1-1 and/or go to the nearest emergency room.
