Hi there,
I primarily work in substance use recovery (abstinence and harm reduction) and trauma recovery. I also have specialized training in treating anxiety, depression, and sleep issues/insomnia. My treatment orientation is based in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy concepts, however the foundation of my early training was Psychodynamic.
I have been trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy, Prolonged Exposure, STAIR (Skills Training in Affective and Interpersonal Regulation), and Seeking Safety for trauma treatment. When treating anxiety, I take a CBT, or exposure approach with skill-building. For depression I utilize CBT concepts, or behavioral activation with skill-building. For sleep issues, I work with the CBT for insomnia treatment model. These are just a few examples of treatment approaches I utilize. I am relational focused, which to me means finding a plan that works best for you, practicing cultural humility and not trying to fit a round peg in a square hole.
I look forward to working with you.

Hello! My name is Robert Garza, LCSW Bi-lingual. I have over 18 years of experience working with clients ranging from early childhood, adolescence, children/families, adults, and end-of-life care. I have always viewed my professional career to learn as much as possible and be able to impact the largest number of people in need of support, counseling, therapy, and a safe space. I have worked in educational settings, healthcare settings, and clinical settings. I was born in Corcoran and raised in Central California. I currently reside in Rocklin CA, and enjoy horseshoe pitching, long walks, the ocean, and family and friends. My historical area of focus ranges from challenges in school to overcoming childhood traumas, depression, anxiety, social isolation, and conflict within family units. These are common things that we all face as we grow and evolve into our adult selves.

Hello, i'm Randy. Despite having the title of being a therapist, I believe that no matter how many years of work experience a therapist has, and no matter how many credentials/degrees a therapist has, all of that goes out the window if they don't have the ability to click and level with their clients. Initiating therapy services may feel like a leap of faith; as one would have to initiate a process in which they will be meeting with a therapist who is a complete stranger to them in the beginning. So congratulations on taking the first step for seeking treatment !
I have worked with a variety of clientele throughout my career in the mental health field; which consisted of 3 years of working with adults, and 3 years of working with children/adolescents aged 3-17, as well as the adult population. My goal is to provide support to adults who are experiencing difficulties reaching their full potential in life due to both internal and external hardships.

Samantha provides treatment for adults dealing with PTSD, complex trauma, anxiety, depression, issues with attachment, childhood trauma, and relational issues. Samantha Arreola is a licensed clinical social worker who specializes in supporting clients through past trauma, specifically childhood trauma in order to foster healthier romantic, social, and familial relationships.
I help people get unstuck from their negative thought patterns and behaviors, and work toward unapologetically loving themselves and their lives. A lot of my clients see me after being in an unhealthy romantic relationship that depleted them of their energy, made them question their reality and themselves, which led to confusion and self-doubt. Many of my clients also experienced not feeling loved, heard, or valued by their caregivers throughout childhood and adolescence. Both instances can have a significant impact on a person’s life, relationships, and self-esteem. Therapy can help you on your path to healing, self-discovery, and self-reflection. Trauma therapy such as brainspotting can help you heal from stored trauma in the brain. It can help you understand yourself better and bring light to subconscious forms of coping and dealing with issues in your life that might not be helpful.

Hello, I am Maritza!
Are you looking for a purpose or a sense of direction in your life? Perhaps feeling overwhelmed by your emotions and feeling as if you are unable to make decisions? Therapy can benefit and serve as a powerful strategy to learn tailored tools to help you navigate your emotions and put you back on track. As you may know, life has a way of presenting people with challenges they could have possibly not imagined would have to face. This can lead to anxiety, depression, grief, and ultimately a life transition. I believe that finding our purpose for life, can help us get through our lives with a more meaningful and mindful perspective.
My approach is a mindful one, in which I help clients explore their internal thoughts and emotions their body and mind provide and guide them so they can have greater awareness and make healthier conscious choices. I specialized in grief and loss, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI). Clients who work with me tend to need support to break out of negative patterns, have a better understanding of themselves, have a need to find purpose in their life, be able to engage and have healthy relationships, and have a desire to achieve a higher quality of life.
I enjoy meeting each client where they are at, and together exploring what they enjoy in life to build on their strengths and empower individual mental health wellness. Whatever it is you are dealing with in your life right now, you do not have to go through it alone. I would like to help you, and in our sessions together I will meet you with compassionate perspective and ensure you a non-judgmental experience. Let's work together and get you to your max potential abilities. (I am Spanish speaking as well!)

When dealing with personal and family issues, I believe compassion, experience, and individual attention lead to positive outcomes and growth. My passion for working with children, adolescents and families has been molded by almost 15 years of experience in an array of community outreach settings serving both children and adults. I share a dedicated interest in multicultural issues and use an individual's cultural background to inform treatment. As a bilingual Spanish-speaking therapist, I aim to provide all my clients with the quality mental health services they deserve.
I was born in Mexico City, but I have lived most of my life in sunny Southern California. About
Are you feeling unfulfilled in your relationships, choices, and just life? Those who feel detached from those around them often believe they're a burden and bring no value to those around them. If any of that resonated with you, you may feel disconnected from different areas of your life, such as work, relationships, family, and interests. Many individuals go through life never feeling like they belong and lack fulfillment, joy, and a sense of identity. You're here looking to finally put yourself first, to find a sense of satisfaction in your life, and I'd love to be part of that journey so you no longer feel alone.
I take great pride in helping individuals find their sense of belonging and overcoming deep negative schemas that they aren't worthy of love. I do this by helping you work through those fears of abandonment, criticism, and rejection. Forming healthy relationships and attachments are instrumental in my approach, and you'll never feel alone.
Life is challenging, and it's an even bigger struggle when we are our worst enemies. You may feel like a burden to those around you, but you won't have to feel that way in our therapeutic relationship. I invite you to have a free 15-minute consultation with me to ask any questions or concerns you may have.
I look forward to being part of your journey.

“The lotus is the most beautiful flower, whose petals open one by one. ... The lotus flower, is a magical flower for it is rooted in mud, surrounded by water and somehow finds a way to bloom and grow. A lotus is a survivor, it pushes its way through muddy waters and finds the sunlight.”
Wellness is an active process of becoming aware of and making choices toward a healthy and fulfilling life. Wellness is more than being free from mental or physical illness, it is a dynamic process of change and growth. "A state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being, and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.”
While you can't change the difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenging relationships in your life, adjust to physical illness/injury and unearth long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.

Over human history, people have mostly lived in close-knit communities. This has eroded with the advances in transportation and technology. Most people have lost much of the social support our forebearers enjoyed. Mental Health Professionals have taken on this role in their respective communities and are an excellent resource for you to realize your strengths and improve your well-being. When your car breaks down you take it to a mechanic. When your tooth hurts you see a dentist. When your mental health can use a “tune-up,” see a Mental Health Professional!

I have over 25 years of experience working with people from all walks of life. Whether you are looking to find meaning in your life because you feel stuck, you are feeling hopeless or helpless, as if no matter how hard you try your mind continues to give you negative feedback, I can help you by teaching you how to identify the thoughts that trigger negative emotions that are keeping you stuck. I can also teach you how to live a meaningful life based on your values and goals. If you are suffering from PTSD, I can help by providing you with the tools needed to challenge the thoughts that you may have developed as a result of your trauma. If your relationship is suffering due to PTSD symptoms, I can help you develop healthy coping mechanisms that can improve your relationship.
I began my career working with undocumented single mothers in need of financial skills to support their families. From there I worked with the undocumented population helping them secure resources for their basic needs and empowering them to become self-sufficient. I also worked with the LGBTQIA+ community in three different roles: providing psychoeducation to newly diagnosed individuals and their families, as a case manager providing resources for newly diagnosed undocumented citizens, and finally, as a clinician providing individual therapy for those with depression, anxiety, or PTSD.
Later in my career, I worked with the Forensic Juvenile Department providing in-home family therapy to families involved in the criminal justice system. I have also worked with individuals suffering from personality disorders. Currently, I provide individual and group therapy.
