Hey Everyone, I’m Jennel — a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and I believe therapy should be a space where you feel seen, validated, and understood. My goal is to make therapy feel accessible and collaborative. I aim to keep our conversations down-to-earth, supportive, and meaningful.
Therapy with me emphasizes self-awareness, emotional regulation, and confidence in your voice and choices. My goal is to support meaningful growth without judgment or pressure to be “fixed.” Vulnerability is challenging, but so is handling life challenges alone. I can help. Therapy offers a space for you to feel accepted, validated, and motivates you to change.
I offer a person-centered therapeutic space for children, teens, and adults where clients feel heard, accepted, and supported. My humanistic approach focuses on collaboration, authenticity, intentional goal setting, and building trust in your self. I work with individuals navigating wide variety of mental health challenges such as: anxiety, emotional overwhelm, life transitions, relationship challenges, or disconnection from self.
My ideal clients are children, teens, and adults who may feel overwhelmed by anxiety, stress, emotional ups and downs, relationship challenges, self-esteem struggles, or life transitions. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck, disconnected from themselves, unsure how to manage big emotions, or struggling to communicate their needs effectively. Some are navigating difficult relationships, burnout, people-pleasing patterns, anxious attachment, or challenges with confidence and identity.
