I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a warm, collaborative approach to therapy. I believe that the client’s relationship with the therapeutic process is one of the most important factors in creating meaningful and lasting change. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where clients feel understood, respected, and empowered in their healing journey. I am trained in a range of evidence-based and trauma-informed modalities, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, Flash Technique, and Brain spotting. I have extensive experience working with individuals experiencing work stress, anxiety, panic attacks, phobias, and trauma. My work often integrates both talk therapy and experiential, process-based approaches. By combining insight-oriented therapy with modalities such as EMDR, Flash, and Brainspotting.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and begin building a safe, collaborative therapeutic relationship. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, what you’re hoping to work on, and any questions or concerns you may have about the process. I’ll also gather some background information to better understand your experiences, while moving at a pace that feels comfortable and respectful to you. There is no pressure to share anything you’re not ready to discuss. My goal is for you to feel heard, supported, and grounded by the end of our time together.Together, we’ll begin identifying goals and discussing what therapeutic approaches may be most helpful for you. The first session is not about fixing everything—it’s about creating a foundation for meaningful and lasting change.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I help clients feel understood and in control while gently guiding them through meaningful, experiential healing. That combination is rare—and it’s what makes your work especially impactful.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My ideal clients are individual adults who are experiencing anxiety, panic attacks, phobias, trauma, or high levels of work-related stress. They may appear high-functioning but feel overwhelmed, stuck, or dysregulated internally, and are looking for more than surface-level coping strategies. They value a warm, collaborative therapeutic relationship and want to feel safe, understood, and actively involved in their healing. These clients are open to both talk therapy and experiential approaches, and are interested in trauma-informed, evidence-based modalities such as EMDR, ACT, CBT, IFS, Flash Technique, and Brainspotting. My ideal clients are motivated for meaningful change and want therapy that is thoughtful, flexible, and tailored to their unique experiences.
