Hi, I am Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist/Mental Health provider in California. I have been in the social service field for over 20 years , and have been practicing fully licensed for over 15 years. I like to work with adults who are experiencing life stress and challenging moments in their lives and provide a safe space where they can be heard with out judgment .
Our first session will typically start with brief introductions, obtain history of present challenges, presenting issues, and identify goals you would like to work with that will help improve emotional and psychological well being.
My greatest strengths as a provider is being a good listener, provide empathy, understanding, compassion and validation, as well as educate , teach and help find positive coping skills and strengths to help improve our emotional and psychological well being.
I love working with adults, young and seasoned professionals who are experiencing difficult challenges in their professions, relationships, friendships, or everyday life stressors. I like to work with individuals that despite their circumstances are willing to find solutions and are action oriented towards positive change in their lives.
