In our first session, we’ll take time to understand what’s bringing you to therapy and what you’re hoping will feel different in your life. I’ll ask thoughtful questions about your history, current concerns, and what kind of support feels right for you, all at a pace that feels comfortable. Together, we’ll begin clarifying your goals and outlining a path forward so you leave the session feeling heard, genuinely recognized, and more at ease about the work ahead.

My greatest strengths lie in my ability to blend deep clinical experience with a calm, attuned presence that helps clients feel safe enough to explore what’s really happening beneath the surface. I draw from evidence-based methods in a way that’s practical and personalized, helping clients understand their patterns and make changes that actually last. Years of telehealth work and supporting clients through anxiety, depression, major life transitions, as well as fertility challenges, has strengthened my ability to listen closely, ask meaningful questions, and offer insights that help people feel more capable and more connected to themselves. What stands out in my approach is the balance of warmth and directness—I’m steady, collaborative, and deeply committed to helping clients create shifts that feel both sustainable and genuinely aligned with who they want to become.
