New to Grow
I grew up in Europe, graduated from Pepperdine University in 2007 with MA in clinical Psychology, in practice since then. Married, father of 2. Life can be challenging and certainly has its ups and downs. I strive to assist clients in gaining awareness, understanding, and control over their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Through exploration, self-reflection, and insight, I work with clients and provide the space that is necessary to process, gain insight, and achieve desired change.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
Our first session will be an opportunity for us to get to know one another. We’ll discuss what brings you in, your background, and your goals. Therapy is a process and a relationship. Both start with this first step. It’s completely normal to feel nervous about your first appointment. We’ll take it one step at a time, and I’m here to guide you through.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
I am down to earth, prefer no nonsense, unpretentious approach, open and honest communication. My life experiences showed me the powerful potential role therapy could play in growth, positive change, and creating the life you want to have. My road into therapy began with a deep curiosity about the nature of the world, our place in it, the human condition, and the desire to help others find their way through life’s hardest challenges.

I prioritize honesty, clear, open, direct communication to create a supportive, non-judgmental environment. I practice active listening and will give you opportunities to reflect on your experiences with an empathetic partner. If we’re working through something challenging, you can expect me to be genuine, calm, and patient. I believe that therapy is a partnership. Together, we’ll identify and set goals that matter to you, whether they focus on improving relationships, self-esteem, or another personal objective. As we work together, your goals may evolve as you gain new insights. We can adapt our plan at any time to ensure it’s always meaningful and relevant to you.
Eclectic
My approach is collaborative and client-centered. I strive to establish an attentive relationship and tailor my approach to each of my clients' needs and personalities. Based on client needs, some of the modalities I utilize include CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Humanistic Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Trauma-Focused Therapy, or a combination.
