I provide mental health treatment to individual adults, couples and adolescents. I'm an empathetic therapist who helps clients navigate and improve their sense of self and family/partner relationships. I specialize in anxiety, stress, and depression and relationships using a variety of therapeutic modalities to help my patients begin to make progress and start feeling better. My approach to therapy varies based on the individual needs of each client I work with. I enjoy assisting clients navigate and improve their sense of self and family/partner relationships.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
My goal for an initial session is to allow patients to feel heard and connected. I hope to gain an understanding of what is bringing them to therapy and begin addressing it at their own pace.

What most attracted me to becoming a therapist is my desire to help others gain an understanding of themselves, what makes them who they are, and how to live fulfilling lives.

Through clinical experience, compassion, and empathy, I support and assist patients in addressing behavioral patterns by focusing on thoughts, feelings and actions impairing your functioning.
Attachment-based
I focus on supporting patients explore early childhood experiences, and memories to explore attachment styles and connections. This assists with identifying how early relationship experiences affect the present day to day of patient's lives.
