I have 20 years' experience implementing cognitive behavioral, mindfulness, and solution-focused techniques to help you achieve your goals. I am trained in EMDR to help process memories to facilitate healing. I gravitate towards creative approaches incorporating art, nature, and writing activities.
Are you challenged with communication or quieting your critical voice? I help others cope with anxiety, relationship challenges, and low self-esteem. People who work with me are managing school, career, and life transitions.
I have experience using this form of talk therapy to help you understand how thinking patterns impact behaviors and quality of life.
I am formally trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to help address anxiety, stress, depression and trauma. This therapy promotes healing by focusing on memories and incorporating bilateral stimulation.
