Hi! I'm Michelle.
If you are tired of feeing anxious, overwhelmed, depressed, or even confused about what to do next… I am here to help. I provide short term therapy that is designed to “lift the weight off your shoulder” within the first session. Many people only choose therapy when they are in crisis and need immediate relief. Together we will identify the source of destress and ways to reduce or eliminate it. This can be done in many ways, but the purpose is to find that way that helps YOU! By using your strengths and resources we will develop an action plan to enable you to use effective coping skills to gain and maintain emotional and mental balance long after you complete treatment.
It’s important to know therapy isn’t just about helping you feel better, it’s about helping you Live Better.
For the last twenty years, I have devoted myself to enhancing the well-being others. My flexibility has allowed me to engage in a range of positions, both volunteer and work related; thus, heightening my overall experience. I have been committed to empowering individuals with the tools to use their inner strength to overcome those stumbling blocks within.

Hi! I'm Jen Tucker, a licensed mental health counselor who is passionate about serving others. I'm also a wife, mom, short order cook, taxi driver, cheerleader, housekeeper, and all of the other hats those roles carry. I'm a military veteran and a military spouse. I've been through a lot in my life. Most of you have too. After all, you find yourself here looking for something.
It is my firm belief that each and every one of us has tremendous potential. We all have unique talents and skills, honed and sharpened through our life experiences. These experiences, while crucial to shaping us, can also leave us hurt, confused, numb, or insecure. It is paramount that we stop along our journey to take stock, address our needs, heal, and refocus. Sometimes, we realize we may benefit from having extra support or guidance through these moments. That is where therapy can help.
Throughout my counseling career, I have had the privilege of being able to walk beside clients as they process the past, learn to be comfortable in the present, and get excited for the future. I am certified in trauma and DBT, and treat clients with a wide range of concerns. Whether you feel ready to dive into therapy, or you are just contemplating the idea, I'd love to hear from you.
I am currently accepting video clients, but am open to in-person if needed. Reach out and we can discuss.
If you aren't ready to make contact, I have some resources available for self-reflection. Check out my blog at NotWavingButDrowning.org or my TikTok @MHMinute, where you'll find videos on a variety of mental health topics.

I have found meaning in working with adult individuals who are experiencing difficulties in their relationships (family, friends, romantic partners, co-workers, etc.) and/or challenges in adjusting to life transitions. I have had success in helping people work through the anxiety and depressive symptoms that often come up for us during these specific times. I also enjoy working with emerging adults who might be struggling to adjust to newfound responsibilities, independence, and life decisions. In our work together we will not only navigate immediate challenges but also find new insights and a deeper self-awareness that will help you develop a healthier relationship with yourself and others.
I am a licensed professional counselor in the state of Pennsylvania. Since earning my Master's degree from Eastern University in 2014, I have worked in a variety of settings including schools, community behavioral health centers, and a group practice. In these settings I have worked with adolescents and adults experiencing a variety of challenges including depression, anxiety, anger, grief, and the impact of psychological trauma.

Do you struggle with anxiety, depression and life in general? You have been dealing with stress for so long and you feel like you need to talk to someone. If you are overwhelmed, lost and feeling down, I would like to talk to you about how therapy can benefit you.
I use a person-centered, empowerment-focused approach. I believe everyone has strengths and potential to emerge on the other side, given unconditional positive regard. I strive to create a radically safe space in which clients feel seen, heard and validated. Yet I understand everybody is talking about "safety" today, and it is my goal to collaborate with you to explore what safe space looks like or means to you in today's world.
I meet where the client is, and together we will collaborate to identify certain thoughts and behaviors that no longer serve you. I will provide you with tools to cope with these thoughts and feelings. I would like to empower YOU to find their voice, appreciate their needs and know that their needs and feelings do matter.
I specialize in complex PTSD, trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship issues and women's issues. I practice culturally responsive treatment, and intersectionality guides my practice. Client Testimonial:
"I have been blessed to work with Risa as a client since 2020. I came to Risa as a neurodivergent patient who was struggling with undiagnosed anxiety and depression. These conditions were unidentified and unmanaged for most of my adult life, and they started to negatively impact my overall health, personal life, career, and quality of life.
Risa is one of the most compassionate, detail-oriented, and supportive medical professionals I have ever met. Whenever I am mentally or emotionally struggling, Risa is always there to help me work through the tough times with kind and positive regard. She connects with her clients uniquely and specially. She displays a natural abiity to make patients feel comfortable and safe.
Risa has exceptional skills as a therapist. She displays special counseling abilities: helping clients see their inner social and emotional strengths, encouraging self-awareness, and educating clients on tools and strategies that can empower them to reach their full potential.
On a personal level, Risa can understand my unique experience of being part of an immigrant family and the ancestral trauma attached to that. It has been a gift to collaborate with Risa on my mental health and achieve a better balance overall in my life. I highly recommend her services to prospective clients who are seeking counseling and a supportive professional!"

Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship issues, financial pressures, addiction or any other obstacle that prevents you from living the life that you want, finding the right therapist for you is an important part of getting yourself back to where you would like to be.
I have experienced a variety of obstacles in my own life and personally understand how the therapeutic process can help change your life. This is my second career. Fulfilling our potential is a lifelong journey of becoming more at peace with ourselves, deepening the intimacy in our relationships, being more authentically human, and feeling more alive each day. Along the way, certain challenges arise to cause us distress or confusion. Such moments can make us feel held back, afraid, or unsure of where to go from here. But these moments can also be the points of growth and healing from which we renew ourselves in ways we did not think possible.
It is a great privilege helping men and women in their search to improve their relationship with themselves and others, to lessen the burden of emotional pain, to experience freedom from addictions, or to embark on new life challenges - to find the hope and courage needed to take those important next steps.

I am a licensed psychologist with many years of experience in cognitive behavioral therapy. I have had success using CBT to treat anxiety, panic, anger issues, insomnia, and chronic pain. Treatment is goal oriented, skill based, and backed by research.
I think that it is very important to learn to judge yourself and the world less harshly. I believe that our unrealistic thoughts and expectations are major contributors to our discontent. I have found that some of the concepts of Eastern and Stoic philosophy can help put our lives into better perspective.
I particularly like the aspects of psychology that are based on science. As a field, we know a lot about how people learn and how early experience shapes our current moods and behavior. I also like to incorporate current ideas in neurology and physiology that support behavior change.

Hi, I'm a therapist with over thirty years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families and historically getting positive results. I tend to work with families with special members such as teens and seniors. I have always worked with teens as it seemed to be a population others found difficult, but I liked the challenge. Now that I am a senior, I better understand the needs of our demographic. I tend to utilize a Family Systems approach which sees the individual in a family context as the majority has grown up in some form of family, whether related by blood or not. I've also taught Marriage and Family Therapy through what is now Drexel University's Family Therapy Program and have offered professional Supervision as a Clinical Member and Approved Supervisor of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy.

I believe therapy can be a universally rewarding practice that can help navigate through life's stressors. Especially in the last few years, we see how important it is to take care of ourselves and find support. It can be overwhelming and intimidating even trying to find a place to start. My goal is to help you navigate through obstacles and barriers you may experience in order to start looking forward to the future. You are the expert on your thoughts and experiences, and we will work together to find solutions that best fit your needs.
My orientation is client-centered, meaning that you and I are equal partners in navigating the struggles you are going through. My approach is integrative, drawing from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy (SFT), and humanistic approaches.
My style is warm and casual; I understand the importance of building a strong and trustworthy relationship to create a safe and comfortable space for you. My main objective is to help you make the changes you need to have a life you enjoy living. We will work together to rediscover excitement in life and overcome the stressors that can overshadow them.

We all need space to prioritize our thoughts and feelings, to say what we need to say out loud, to someone who will not judge us for how we think and feel. Oftentimes, we cannot expect the people in our lives to be impartial or unbiased. Sometimes the people in our lives are far too involved in what causes us to need this space, to process our trauma, and they might not realize why we are anxious or depressed. In the therapeutic relationship, it is all about what you want and need. I will listen and ask thoughtful questions and help you recognize patterns and make connections.

Life transitions, relationships in flux, maybe you haven't felt like yourself recently. Navigating hard emotions that keep you up a night, or preoccupy thinking, might be holding you back from enjoying activities and relationships you once did. Reasons for seeking therapy are unique and individual to you. You are deserving of a therapist who will build a space for you to be vulnerable with your story and emotions. Together, we can build a path forward through empathetic processing, acceptance, skill building, and goal planning.
Therapy is like a compass, it doesn't provide all the answers, but it provides direction. Focusing on your strengths, presenting problem, and future goals, our time together will be spent targeting false thoughts, realizing potential, and building trust in yourself.

Born and raised in the inner city by a single mother and a large extended family, I noticed the needs of those that were mentally or physically diagnosed were often not met. Therefore, I began to inquire about what I needed to do in order to be a part of the solution. I began to work in the field and I have worked in Behavioral/Mental Health for close to 20 years. My experience covers a plethora of ages and diagnosis across many settings. My determination to treat and support those with mental health diagnosis during the pandemic inspired me to perform outpatient therapy via telehealth to adults and adolescents. I specialize in adults 25-55 with various diagnoses but primarily Anxiety, PTSD, trauma and Depression to name a few. I love to utilize CBT, CPT, trauma informed care (TIC) and Motivational Interviewing as treatment modalities.

Hi ya’ll, I’m Chris. The state of the world and our own well-being can often feel very fragile, especially after these last few years. Through counseling I am able to provide an outlet for processing your emotions and actions and finding a way to unstick yourself when you don’t like where you are. Therapy can be a frightening step for many, but I hope to make your journey to a healthier mindset as comfortable and rewarding as possible.
My clinical experience and education are focused on working with those who struggle with severe depression and anxiety. I work with clients of all ages but specialize working with adolescents, teens, and young adults. In addition to anxiety and depression, I also work with people who struggle from symptoms of PTSD, BPD, and bipolar disorder. I utilize a CBT and DBT approach but believe therapy is very person-specific and will tailor our sessions to fit your specific needs.
Past clients have told me I am very patient, kind, and relaxed. I can effectively incorporate breaks and humor into sessions, so therapy does not feel like a chore. If you believe I could be a good fit for you please feel free to reach out and let’s get to work!

Hello, my name is Elizabeth DeLullo and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania.
One of the best things about coming to therapy is the amount of courage it took for you to get here. You know what you want out of life and you know when you are not getting it. There is nothing I dislike more than to see human suffering. I have gone through my own and was determined to not let it ruin my life. Sometimes all it takes if for you to feel heard, understood, and feel validated.
Therapy is a collaboration between client and therapist and together we will focus on your strengths and help you understand your worthiness was never in question. Other times you may require more skills and techniques to learn in order to overcome your concerns and issues.
My primary focus is anxiety, depression, self esteem, phobias, fears, women's issues, OCD symptoms, and finding meaning to life and answer questions like, why am I here? I also volunteered at a Hospice and did my internship there and have knowledge in grief and bereavement therapies. I have also worked with incarcerated individuals going in and out of the prison system. I received my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Ashford University and my Masters in Science In Clinical Counseling from Bellevue University. I have over 10 years experience working with people from age 4 to 89. I am blessed as these people taught me so much and I love the work I do. I am of the belief that the way we think directly affects the way we feel. I also use a person centered approach, meaning I follow my client's lead and the direction they wish to take. The great thing is, is that there are so many different sets of skills and interventions to utilize, we will work together to find the ones that work best for you. It all depends on each individual's specific needs and wants.

I completed my undergraduate education at Cedar Crest College, with dual majors in Psychology and Sociology. I have provided counseling in many settings including the geriatric, non-profit and healthcare fields, for over 18 years. I also hold post-graduate certificates in Gerontology, and Palliative/End of Life Care. I am pursuing my doctorate in social work in a combined program through Kutztown and Millersville Universities.
I believe in building a solid therapeutic relationship based on trust, empathy and respect using a variety of techniques, and building from a strengths-based perspective to help foster understanding, coping and change. My eclectic therapeutic techniques often include CBT, transformational and psychodynamic approaches, individualized in relation to each client’s need and provided through a trauma informed lens. I am experienced in individual, family, and group counseling.
It takes courage to seek for a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. My hope is to provide a safe, nonjudgemental environment for you to discover yourself and to start on the road to healing. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support and empower you.
I look forward to working with you!
Best,
Christina

Jermain's approach focuses on creating opportunities for personal growth, restorative health, and emotional healing. Jermain is born in raised in the Philadelphia region and spent the first half of his life living in the South Philadelphia region. As a young child, Jermain struggled with understanding how the trauma that he experienced as a result of living in poor socio-economic conditions negatively impacted his emotional growth and development. As Jermain sought support and was able to overcome his own personal traumas, he recognized the need to play a role in helping others to also become their best versions of themselves.
As a child, Jermain was exposed to community violence, and an unstable home because of substance use, neglect, and extreme bullying. Through God’s grace Jermain was able to overcome his emotional challenges and went on to serve in the United States Army for over 6 years. Initially and obtains two graduate-level degrees in counseling. Jermain sought to have a career in enforcement; however, in the year of 2011, Jermain’s father passed away from heart disease that was triggered by long-term use of substances. Thus, out of tragedy Jermain developed the desire to want to become well-versed in the conditions negatively impacting the development of his community from a clinical orientation by working toward obtaining a professional license in Counseling.
Jermain is clinically trained by the Beck Institute and certified to provide cognitive behavior therapy. Jermain also has specialized training in treating PTSD and is a certified practitioner of Exposure therapy certified by The center for treatment and study of anxiety disorders. (Immediate virtual openings as of 9/27/23) Hello, and welcome! My name is Amber Stewart, and I’m a licensed professional counselor (LPC) out of Western Pennsylvania. I specialize in anxiety, self-esteem, depression, and trauma. I want to help you go from just tolerating the symptoms of your anxiety, depression, or trauma to living fully in the present. You deserve to live the life you envision for yourself, and I want to help you do that by exploring the areas you’re struggling with, teaching you ways to cope, and reducing the impact that these symptoms have on your life by addressing them at their core.
I believe that underlying most (if not all) mental health concerns is some kind of trauma – and, there’s many studies that support my belief that trauma is connected to depression, anxiety, and other mental health concerns. I invite you to learn more about my approaches to therapy, trauma, and trauma therapy by visiting my website: www.everystepforward.com
I'm strong on empathy, open-mindedness, and curiosity, and I help those I work with use those same skills when looking at how their past shows up in the present. I use a mindfulness-based approach along with techniques backed by decades of research to help people manage anxiety and depression and improve low self-esteem and self-care.

Have recent life changes and transitions led to anxious, burdensome thoughts that sound like these: “I feel like I’m not (doing) enough.” “I feel like I don't fit in.” “Sometimes I feel lonely and unseen.” "I'm not sure who I am anymore." You're not alone.
Life shifts, however big or small, can bring up a lot of overwhelming thoughts, feelings, and parts of self. Working with me means learning to work through your past and (re)claim control of your identity and life narratives. My strengths- and resiliency-based approach encourages self-empowerment; you'll start to recognize, identify, and utilize your internal capacities to live your fullest life. This process can mean learning to name and hold big emotions, and understanding how they live in the body; reducing negative self-talk and rebuilding self-esteem; challenging negative core beliefs and being guided by self-compassion rather than self-sabotage; and moving through stuckness to resilience and thriving.
I also work alongside survivors of trauma, co-creating safe spaces and trusting relationships, while bearing witness to their stories, healing, and thriving. I focus not on asking, “What is wrong?” but on “What has happened?” My clinical approach is rooted in compassionate, healing-centered, agency-promoting, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed practice. I view all individuals through a relational-cultural and holistic lens in the contexts of the systems that impact them.

I specialize in treating those struggling with anxiety and mood disorders. Common anxieties and obsessive 'overthinking' patterns about our relationships, health and work etc. can result in troublesome and difficult symptoms which make it very hard to find joy in our lives.
Unfortunately, We generally aren't taught healthy and effective ways to cope with these symptoms or find ways to reduce our struggle and suffering. That’s where I come in!
