I came into the session hopeful for a solution and Joe seemed very eager to want to help. He listened and understood the issues and started to explain a way to address the problems. He was very understanding, very real, and brought some humor to the session (which is important to me).

Down to earth. Solution oriented. Not a lot of therapy jargon. A real person with great advice. Nothing is off topic or out of bounds. Helps me move quickly through the tough stuff and onto the future.
