I really enjoy talking about life in general and I hope to bring that to the therapy. I look at sessions like a conversation about psychology while providing structure to achieve goals. I hope that makes it interesting while remaining focused on you as an individual. I think life is very much about learning new things. This philosophy supports being a person who needs to learn and grow.

Hi there! My name is Koti (KOH-tee). I'm a trans male therapist passionate about supporting queer people to improve quality of life and sense of self. Many queer and non-queer individuals do not get the opportunity to grow up as their authentic selves which only further complicates other challenges in life. I am certified to facilitate psychedelic assisted therapy sessions in states where this treatment modality is legal and accessible (through a separate platform) I am committed to creating a safe, inclusive, empowering and nurturing environment where you can begin to discover and love who you are. I believe that everyone has value and is worthy of love, kindness and compassion. I provide evidence-based, culturally responsive psychotherapy services that honor the diversity of identities and experiences of individuals I work with. Hi, I'm Dr. Lauren! I have over 10 years of clinical experience working primarily with children, adolescents, and young adults with autism, ADHD, anxiety, and selective mutism. I earned my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from La Salle University in Philadelphia. After completing a neuropsychology fellowship at the Massachusetts General Hospital Lurie Center for Autism during the COVID-19 pandemic, I knew I wanted to return home to Philly. I went on to complete a two-year postdoctoral fellowship at the Center for Autism Research at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, where I later worked as a staff psychologist for nearly four years. I'm now excited to bring this experience to my own private practice, where I can focus on providing thoughtful, evidence-based care tailored to each individual and family. In my free time, I enjoy singing, playing golf, going out to eat, and spending time with my fiancé and 4-year-old rescue chihuahua-mix, Nugget.

I've always believed that most people aren't broken, they're stuck. And stuck is something we can work with. For 15 years I have worked with a wide range of people: veterans carrying wounds that never got proper attention, couples trying to find their way to a healthier relationship, individuals wrestling with OCD or trauma or habits they can't seem to shake, and families navigating transitions that turned their world upside down. I tend to be direct yet compassionate in the way approach therapy and to what my clients are dealing with. The best complement for me is when a client tells me how they felt seen and heard unlike they have had previously. I have a particular place in my heart for those living between worlds - racial minorities, expats, and members of immigrant communities who are navigating the push and pull of various socio-cultural forces. I understand that experience from the inside, not just from a textbook. If you are someone who is ready to engage honestly and wants a clinician who will meet you with both expertise and genuine care, please reach out.

If you're constantly trying to balance work, family, school, relationships, and everything in between, it can feel like there's never enough time—or energy—for yourself. You may look like you have everything together on the outside while privately feeling overwhelmed, anxious, exhausted, or stuck. You might be here because life feels heavier than it should, your thoughts won’t slow down, or you’re tired of trying to hold everything together on your own. Life is hard. Sometimes it feels like problems come one after another. It is overwhelming. You don't have to get through it alone. Therapy is a great place to talk about life's problems where you can say anything and not be judged. No matter what you’re facing, talking with someone can help. My goal is to create a supportive, judgment-free space where you feel like you’re grabbing coffee with a friend…a friend who happens to be a licensed counselor with more than 11 years of experience. In my time working as a counselor, I have helped patients manage and overcome obstacles like anxiety, depression, and major life transitions. From challenges with the overwhelming pressure of academic life, work life, career choices, relationship challenges, and more, I will be there to offer an objective perspective on your situation and provide healthy tips and resources to navigate it. My approach empowers personal growth while always ensuring you feel safe, seen, and heard. Depending on your needs, I utilize CBT, DBT, and Reality Therapy approaches in sessions. Currently, all sessions will be conducted virtually, allowing you to participate from the comfort of your own home and on a more flexible schedule. Let's do this together.

The transition to parenthood and constant changes once you’re there are some of the most transformative experiences a person can go through during their life. This time is both beautiful and stressful. Whether it’s your first or your fifth+ child, in today’s world, almost all of us- both moms and dads- can benefit from some additional support in the years of pregnancy and raising children. My practice aims to assist you through all of the normal and abnormal challenges of this time that is short-lived but has long-lasting impacts on ourselves and our families. While each individual and family is unique in their needs and ways that they grow, common goals achieved in counseling include feeling more connected to yourself, your baby or child, and your partner; changing unhealthy family patterns you don’t want to repeat from past generations; feeling more confident in yourself as a parent and partner; improving work-life balance; feeling more supported and less alone; developing your unique identity as a parent and embracing this stage of life; and improving persistent feelings of anxiety, depression, shame, anger, and feeling overwhelmed. If you are struggling, want to better support a partner who is struggling, or would just like to utilize this uniquely powerful time in your life to become more of the person you want to be, I would love to meet you.

Hey there, I’m Chris! If you feel like you’re giving everything you’ve got and it’s still not enough, you’re not alone. Maybe you’re stuck in patterns of people-pleasing, emotional spirals, or shutdown, even though you look “put together” on the outside. Life, relationships, and work all feel like too much. You’re tired of being told to “just try harder” or "figure it out." I get it! I’m a licensed counselor with over 22 years of experience, and I know these struggles personally. I was diagnosed with ADHD at 36 and have raised 3 kids with ADHD (one also has Autism). I know how isolating it feels when we just can't keep up or "do the things" everybody else seems to do so effortlessly. My approach is compassionate and collaborative; we are teammates working together. Clients often say it’s the first time therapy has truly made sense. Therapy with me isn’t about fixing who you are. It’s about understanding yourself, building tools that actually work for you in your life, and creating a space where you feel seen, supported, and accepted. I offer online therapy in PA, FL, and SC.

I work with women navigating life transitions, including changes in relationships, family roles, and health. These experiences can bring anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and the effects of trauma into focus, and can influence how thoughts, emotions, and the body interact. As a yoga teacher and yoga therapist for over 25 years, mindfulness is a natural part of my work and informs how I understand and approach the mind body connection. I integrate mindfulness based stress reduction, mindfulness based cognitive therapy, and somatic therapy into sessions in a way that supports awareness and emotional regulation. My training as a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania, Florida, South Carolina and Delaware allows me to bring these approaches together in a way that is both clinically grounded and also responsive to your experience.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 10 years of experience working in the fields of substance use and mental health. I am also a Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CAADC), with extensive experience supporting individuals struggling with substance use disorders, mood disorders, personality disorders, trauma, and other mental health challenges. My approach to treatment is grounded in trauma-informed care and a strong belief in the power of self-awareness. I believe meaningful change begins when individuals take the time to understand themselves, their experiences, and how past events have shaped their thoughts, behaviors, and patterns. Through this process of insight and reflection, individuals can begin to develop healthier coping strategies and create lasting change. While therapy can provide guidance, support, and tools for growth, I also emphasize the importance of personal commitment and motivation in the recovery process. When individuals are willing to engage in that work, therapy can become a powerful space for healing, growth, and transformation.

Hello, and welcome! My introduction to the counseling field began while working within therapeutic group homes that served children through adults experiencing mental health struggles. This experience, both enriching and meaningful, inspired my interest in pursuing counseling. I was deeply moved by the varying degrees of challenging life experiences that we are all tasked with navigating and the ways we attempt to cope, gain insight from, and hopefully transform our adverse circumstances. I received my Master of Social Work degree from Portland State University and since, I’ve had the opportunity to assist a diverse range of clients in both inpatient treatment and outpatient therapy settings, and more recently, at a college counseling clinic at the University of Montana. Within these programs, I’ve helped clients address anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, academic challenges, relationships, identity changes, sexuality, and general life stressors. I am grateful that I can work to help individuals navigate the evolving nature of their lives by providing unconditional positive regard, encouragement, and supportive guidance.

I approach therapy as a relational process, not a place where you come to be fixed. You’re not a problem to solve; you’re a person with a history, patterns that make sense, and a way of being in the world that developed for a reason. In our work together, we slow things down and get curious about what’s underneath the surface. I’m interested in who you are, not just what’s wrong. My goal is to create a space that feels real, thoughtful, and nonjudgmental, where you can begin to understand yourself more deeply and move toward something that feels more connected and meaningful.

I have an undergraduate degree in clinical mental health psychology from Kutztown University and a graduate degree in clinical mental health counseling from Holy Family University. It’s tough to ask for help, but you’re here so congrats! I like to make this process as smooth and painless as possible for my clients because we all know that therapy is not easy. We will work through your current life stressors and/or past traumas together in a collaborative approach while building rapport, teaching skills, and offering validation along the way. I have worked in various settings with adults in a partial hospital setting (PHP), intensive outpatient setting (IOP-TOP), as well as an individual outpatient setting. I have extensive training in treating Borderline Personality Disorder with the evidenced based approach of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I am also trained in EMDR therapy as well as Prolonged Exposure (PE) in treating PTSD. As a mom of two littles myself, I thrive working with fellow moms, those trying to conceive, who are actively pregnant or struggling with pregnancy, and/or in the postpartum period in motherhood and also, within their relationship. I have completed trainings through Postpartum Support International (PSI) in order to support those experiencing Perinatal Mood Disorders. I am a strengths and skills based therapist looking to help you decrease stressors and increase skillful behaviors.

The specialty filter is optional. You don’t need to check any boxes to see a provider. However, fit is very important when selecting an online therapist. If you have knowledge or experience to recognize what specialties you may need.

Your first therapy session is for you and your therapist to meet each other and to ask any questions that you have about the counseling process. This is where you can expect your therapist to do the same as they will ask questions to gain insight into your specific situation. In this first session the therapist is doing their part to gather as much information so they can better assess if they are able to meet your therapeutic needs. Depending upon your provider's specialty, you may also discuss the methods the therapist will use. For additional information on therapy methods, please visit the Grow Therapy Help Center. Some people feel nervous before their first appointment, and that is totally normal! Coming prepared with a list of questions for your therapist may help. Remember, you're taking a brave step by seeking therapy, and it is okay to be nervous as you try something new.
