I am Sophie. As a therapist I bring a warm conversational approach to meet you where you are now. I will support you in processing your present, past and connecting those into making positive changes in your life that lead to feeling more confident in yourself and in your relationships with others. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, heard and understood. I tailor my style and approach to each individual person I am working with in hopes to best support you in coping, processing and growing where you are.

Therapy is a collaborative process and I take a relational approach to support you in expressing yourself authentically, navigating change, reframing negative self talk, setting healthy boundaries and supporting you in enhancing the way you cope. I have nine years of experience working clinically with folks. I was educated at the University of Pennsylvania and continually obtain educations and trainings to enhance my skills to support my clients.
