My goal is to help you feel heard, supported and understood. Whether you are coming to therapy to set healthy boundaries with others, reframe your anxious thoughts, process your parenting, think through how internal family dynamics affect you, navigate transitions, manage neurodivergence or navigate your sexual orientation and gender identity, I'm here to support. Therapy is collaborative process where we work together. I take a direct warm relational approach to help you express yourself authentically, gain insight into your patterns, reframe negative self-talk and strengthen how you cope.
I bring a warm conversational approach to meet you where you are. I will support you in processing your present, past and connecting those into making positive changes in your life that lead to feeling more confident in yourself and in your relationships with others. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, heard and understood. I tailor my style and approach to each individual person I am working with in hopes to best support you in coping, processing and growing where you are.

I have nine years of experience working clinically with folks. I was educated at the University of Pennsylvania and continually obtain educations and trainings to enhance my skills to support my clients.
My therapeutic style is eclectic, tailored to each individual client and particularly mindful of how your intersecting identities influence your experiences in the world. I specialize in supporting people navigating ADHD, LGBTQIA+ Identities, internal family dynamics/ family of origin issues, Anxiety, Autism, parenting, transitions and Depression. You want to gain insight into your patterns, stop people pleasing, set healthy boundaries, and reframe negative self-talk.
