I’m Christy J. Manoharan, LPC, NCC. I provide virtual therapy for teens and adults in Georgia and Pennsylvania, helping manage anxiety, heal from trauma, and build resilience in a safe, supportive space. I believe perspective matters and how we view our thoughts, feelings, and experiences can shape the way we live. My goal is to help discover new perspectives that bring a place of wholeness, flourishing, harmony, and delight.
Hello, I’m Colleen.
Does it feel as if you are giving more energy than you have or that there are too many things and not enough mental energy to juggle all those tasks? Are you finding that your relationships are strained or that keeping up with friends and loved ones seems like an unsurmountable task? Do you find it difficult to give yourself grace and empathy?
I am looking to work with young professionals and adults to help manage anxiety, burnout, depression, and the stressors that come with living in a chaotic world. Together, we can identify the issues that you are facing, discuss how best to manage these feelings and stressors and find a way to make your routine and relationships work with you instead of against you. I have weekend availability to help fit therapy into your busy schedule.
I have worked in the hospital setting for seven years now and feel very comfortable talking with medical professionals about the particularly difficult strains that a career in medicine puts on individuals. Whether it is dealing with the mental load and stress of being a resident, the emotional labor done as a nurse, or the burnout that all individuals in this profession face, I am here to listen and provide non-judgmental feedback to help you manage such a demanding career.
Anxiety, depression, and strained relationships can feel overwhelming and unsurmountable alone, but I’m here to help. In our sessions, I hope to provide a place where you feel safe, and somewhere we can work together to make a plan to make any stressors that you are dealing with manageable. I look forward to working with you.

I am a full-time school counselor, but work part-time as a therapist. Prior to becoming a school counselor, I worked in the mental health field for over 15 years in multiple roles. I enjoy helping adolescents and young adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns to identify strategies that allow them to manage and/or overcome these concerns. I tend to use an eclectic mix of person-centered therapy, solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy when working with clients. I also have been trained in mindfulness to assist my clients.
I also understand the difficulties one might face related to the current societal climate as it relates to LGBTQ+ population and race. I believe it is important for clients to have a safe space to share
the microaggressions, discrimination, and/or hate that one may face. I believe that I can be that safe space for all individuals.
In my free-time, I am enjoy spending time with my family. During this time, we like to do things outdoors, such as playing pickleball, hiking, paddleboarding, or just relaxing.
Since I was 17, I’d always wanted to be a therapist. I learned that sometimes it takes more than just healing the mind in order to heal the whole person. That means that sometimes people need healing on emotional, psychological and spiritual levels. I then received two masters degrees, one in mental health counseling, and the other in the applied healing arts. Utilizing both these degrees has helped me to combine both traditional and alternative therapies into my work.
I’m a licensed clinical social worker with over 20 years of experience in community settings, transitional housing programs, and family court. With a background in the creative arts and a passion for problem-solving, I became a therapist to help others build meaningful lives—just as I sought to do for myself. I integrate clinical expertise with creativity to support clients in developing personalized coping strategies and designing the life they want to live.
With over 15 years of experience in the mental health field, I am passionate about supporting adults and couples as they navigate life’s transitions and pursue meaningful growth. Whether you are a college student or recent graduate adjusting to a new season of life, an individual facing anxiety or depression, or a couple preparing for marriage or working to strengthen your relationship, I strive to provide guidance that feels both supportive and practical.
My Christian faith shapes my personal values; however, I work with people from all backgrounds and beliefs. Faith-based perspectives are incorporated into counseling only if a client specifically desires it.
My goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where you feel heard, understood, and supported. Life transitions—whether expected or unexpected—can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate them alone. Together, we can explore the challenges you are facing and work toward the emotional and personal goals that matter most to you.
I specialize in working with adults experiencing life changes, including college and post-college transitions, relationship challenges, marriage and premarital preparation, and parenting. I also support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, and stress that often accompany these seasons of change. My background as a behavioral specialist in community mental health allows me to effectively support adults diagnosed with ADHD or autism spectrum disorder, as well as parents raising children with these diagnoses.
In my work with couples, I draw from my experience as a trained Prepare/Enrich facilitator to help partners strengthen communication, navigate conflict, and build healthier, more connected relationships.
When working with individuals, I primarily use a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach to address concerns such as anxiety, depression, and life transitions. My focus is on equipping you with practical tools and strategies so you can move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and resilience.
I am a compassionate and dedicated therapist with over 30 years of experience in guiding individuals through life’s most challenging moments, including struggles with depression, anxiety, grief, anger management, family conflicts, and developing coping skills. I am deeply committed to empowering clients through a culturally and spiritually integrated approach that centers around the Alternative Christ-Like African Thematic Therapy (ACLATT) model.
ACLATT is a unique therapeutic model I developed specifically to support Christian clients of African descent. It integrates Christian values with African principles, providing a holistic, culturally sensitive healing experience. This approach emphasizes identity, love, faith, and hope, helping clients recognize their God-given potential and fostering a strong sense of purpose. I also incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns, supporting them in reframing perspectives and developing practical coping strategies.
My work is rooted in the belief that “Being precedes Doing”—by understanding one’s identity in Christ, clients are empowered to realize their gifts and purpose, which enriches their actions and overall well-being. Whether working with individuals, families, or couples, I am committed to helping clients achieve emotional healing, spiritual growth, and lasting transformation aligned with their cultural and spiritual values.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with more than a decade of experience working with youth, adolescents, and young adults. I believe therapy works best when clients feel understood, respected, and supported. I am Victoria Cruse Motter, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over 25 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults facing a wide range of issues, including family conflicts, anxiety, depression, ADHD, low self-esteem, sexual abuse, substance use, chronic stress, trauma and PTSD, and women’s issues. My background includes providing counseling in various settings, such as schools, autism centers, pre-schools, juvenile justice programs, and residential group homes for youth in CYS custody. Hi! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor from Northeast Pennsylvania. I received my master's in clinical psychology from Chestnut Hill College. I have been practicing as a counselor for over ten years. I have worked in the field of mental health and substance abuse for over twenty years. I have had the privilege of working with adolescents and adults in outpatient and inpatient settings.
Hi there! I have been working in the mental health field since graduating with my Master’s in Counseling in 2015. I began my counseling career providing evidence-based family therapies for several years before transitioning to individual counseling. I take an eclectic approach to therapy because everyone is unique and deserves treatment that is tailored to their individual needs. I love connecting with my clients and helping them develop a more compassionate view of themselves, recognize their strengths, and build confidence in their ability to live the life they want. If you think we may be a good fit, I’d love for you to reach out so we can connect.
Life is hard. Sometimes it feels like problems come one after another. It is overwhelming. You don't have to get through it alone. Therapy is a great place to talk about life's problems where you can say anything and not be judged. No matter what you’re facing, talking with someone can help. My goal is to create a supportive, judgment-free space where you feel like you’re grabbing coffee with a friend…a friend who happens to be a licensed counselor with more than 11 years of experience.
In my time working as a counselor, I have helped patients manage and overcome obstacles like anxiety, depression, and major life transitions. From challenges with the overwhelming pressure of academic life, work life, career choices, relationship challenges, and more, I will be there to offer an objective perspective on your situation and provide healthy tips and resources to navigate it. My approach empowers personal growth while always ensuring you feel safe, seen, and heard.
Depending on your needs, I utilize CBT, DBT, and Reality Therapy approaches in sessions. Currently, all sessions will be conducted virtually, allowing you to participate from the comfort of your own home and on a more flexible schedule.
Let's do this together.
Thanks for visiting, my name is Ashley. Do you often feel conflicted or dissatisfied with your position in life? Hello, I am a licensed professional counselor and a board certified art therapist. I have been practicing for just over six years and I received my masters degree in art therapy from Cedar Crest College in Allentown, PA. I help clients with various needs such as anxiety, life transitions, ADHD, relationships, communication and coping skills to help become the best versions of themselves. I started my journey at KidsPeace Children's Hospital as an art therapist for a couple years, running group and individual therapy sessions. After KidsPeace I transitioned to St. Luke's Hospital in Quakertown as a therapist running group therapy sessions. Talk therapy is the most common method of therapy on this platform, but be aware that if you do have any interest in art therapy, we can certainly incorporate that into our work together whether that be during our sessions or for homework. The choice is yours!
I have 32 years of experience providing counseling. I use cognitive behavioral therapy, stressing that what we think determines what we feel and what we do. For many reasons, people learn unrealistic or destructive thoughts that cause them problems in their lives. Therapy works towards more realistic thinking, and avoiding old and destructive thinking. As I like to say, "therapy is a conversation with a destination," and realistic thinking is that destination.
While I am a Christian, I am not trained as a Christian Counselor. I am a "Counselor who is a Christian." My training is secular, and I regularly see people or all faiths, or none at all. I do not offer court ordered services, nor do I do assessments for custody, or any other legal purpose. Unfortunately, I cannot accept Medicare, or Medicare based plans.
The world is changing, and more and more people are reaching out. I am seeing more men that have been in abusive relationships. There are also more people dealing with loss. Coming to my office is not like going to a big mental health clinic where you just another number on a spreadsheet. In my care, you are a person, and you'll be treated like one.
Hello! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in Pennsylvania. I received my Masters from Mount Aloysius College and have been practicing for a little over 3 years. My background stems from being an inpatient counselor working with drug and alcohol clients, as well as mental health. I found a great passion in helping people in those areas and would like to continue to do that on Grow Therapy.
Hello and welcome to my practice.
I work exclusively with people in their 20s through their 40s. Please disregard the platform, which is programmed for Age Groups 18 - 64.
This stage of life can bring many questions about identity, purpose, relationships, and direction. My work focuses on helping you better understand your experience and how you want to show up in the world.
You might be feeling stuck, unsure of your next step, or noticing patterns that no longer serve you. Together, we’ll take time to explore what’s getting in the way of the life you want to live. Therapy is a space where you can slow down, reflect, and begin to see yourself and your experiences more clearly.
Our conversations will focus on how you relate to your thoughts, feelings, body, the people around you, and the broader world. By bringing awareness to these experiences, we can begin to uncover new possibilities and directions. My goal is to support you as you gain greater freedom to choose how you respond to life and how you move forward.
My name is Sam Hunter. I have been working in the field of Mental Health Treatment for the past 8 years. I have been trained in DBT treatment through intensive DBT training for the past 6 years. I love to utilize a combination of skills training and validation to help clients reach their ultimate goals. I had further training 3 years ago and became fully trained in Prolonged Exposure treatment for clients suffering with PTSD. I love to utilize Exposure treatment to help clients work on conquering fears that get in the way of activities of daily living. I have experience with several clients diagnosed with trichotillomania as well utilizing behavioral skills and techniques learned through DBT. Using validation and teaching how to validates oneself are important pieces of the therapeutic relationship to me

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania who has been practicing since 2009. My background is in child and family therapy, early childhood, and perinatal behavioral health. I am able to support both parents and children to have a healthy relationship. I also have experience in working with Adult ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, Childhood behavioral health, and PTSD or trauma.
I can help find relief and lasting change. This begins with the very useful concept of two simultaneous paths when struggling in life...
1- How can clients ADDRESS, or take action to remedy or lessen, the sources of their struggles?
2- How clients COPE in effective healthy ways?
Addressing and coping are central in my work, and clients find this CBT approach to be highly valuable and effective.
I am an experienced outpatient psychotherapist with over 15 years of clinical experience supporting adults who are struggling with depression, anxiety, mood swings, and grief. If you have been feeling sad, overwhelmed, emotionally stuck, irritated, or disconnected from yourself or others, you are not alone. Reaching out for support can feel difficult, but it is also a powerful first step toward meaningful change.
From the very beginning of my career, I have felt a deep passion for this work. I believe therapy should be a safe and supportive space where you feel heard, respected, and understood. My approach is warm, thoughtful, and focused on helping you better understand your emotions and patterns so you can move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
Together, we will identify what may be holding you back and build practical tools to help you manage life’s challenges more effectively. My goal is to help you feel more balanced, connected, and empowered in your daily life. I am deeply committed to my profession and genuinely value the opportunity to support individuals on their journey toward healing, growth, and improved well-being

Whether you're managing anxiety, navigating a rough stretch, or just ready to operate differently, I'll give you real tools — not just a space to vent. If you're ready to move, so am I.

I am an outcome focused therapist who supports individuals struggling with anxiety, anger, emotional regulation, burnout, and grief. Many of my clients are used to holding everything together for others, including parents, caregivers, first responders, and high stress professionals, while feeling overwhelmed, emotionally reactive, or stuck in survival mode themselves.
Together, we focus on understanding triggers, building practical coping skills, and learning how to respond instead of react so you can feel more in control, confident, and steady in daily life. I also give practical “homework” between sessions because real growth happens outside the therapy room too.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience, a certified grief counselor, and specialize in DBT skills, emotion regulation, women's issues, grief, and major life transitions.

I’ve been providing direct therapy since 2008 and am currently licensed to practice in three states. Currently, I am only seeing clients through telehealth, but I am hoping this does not dissuade you. Telehealth may sound impersonal, but in reality, it can be a very convenient, safe and secure way to communicate issues, and I have yet to have any difficulties establishing strong relationships through this medium.

The greatest skill in life: Asking for help. The most successful people have a team to assist in their decision making and managing priorities. I want to be on your team. Fun Fact: I am big on the team mentality because I referee basketball. Refereeing requires an unbiased point of view and thick skin. I cast no judgment and I am ready to listen to the good, the bad, and the ugly. I am here for you!
Therapy is a powerful tool during any change of life circumstance because it can be uncomfortable and confusing. This discomfort could surface some negative coping skills. My role is to advocate for your needs, help identify the stressors, and guide you to the best changes necessary to challenge yourself during this trying time. Working in the drug and alcohol field for 10+ years has provided me with the opportunity to work with people from all walks of life relearning how to operate in the world without previous bad habits (substances, codependency, eating disorders, etc.) Trauma was usually the running theme for most people in addiction.
