I'm Steven Mollura, the therapist who brings enlightenment by exploring the darkness. Together we face what you fear most, reclaim wholeness, and step fully into truth. Direct, no-nonsense mental health service that helps you break free from limiting beliefs and step into the life you deserve. This isn’t about managing symptoms. It’s about ending the war inside you. For those who want peace within and without. If you are looking for someone to hold your hand while you let the world beat you to death, look elsewhere. I'm not for you. If you're ready to walk into hell, I'm ready to walk right next to you. The first step is yours. Are you coming?

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

We meet one-on-one over video. A session with me isn’t passive. We work. I track what’s underneath your words, the split parts, the protective masks, the shame you’ve learned to hide even from yourself. We slow down and cut through the noise. We follow the tension, the discomfort, the moments where something in you wants to bolt. That’s where the gold is, and I’ll hold you there until it transforms you. Sometimes we’ll sit in silence. Sometimes you’ll rage. Sometimes a part of you will speak that hasn’t had a voice in years.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I became a therapist because I know what it’s like to be broken, afraid, and powerless in ways no one else sees. I know what it’s like to carry grief, rage, self-doubt, and hatred like a millstone around my neck. To look functional on the outside and still feel like I’m drowning. This work isn’t just another job for me. It’s personal and it always has been. Before I sat in the therapist’s chair, I spent years in my own shadow, facing the parts of me that lied, ran, lashed out, dissociated, and shut down. That’s why I can sit with you in the dark without flinching. That’s why I can walk into hell with you, eyes wide open. Real transformation is messy, sacred, and often brutal. It’s the kind of work that costs something, but gives you your life back. I’m not here to save you. I’m here to walk beside you while you learn how to hold and heal your own soul.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

You’re exhausted from the war inside. You’ve spent your life trying to be what everyone else needed you to be; your parents’ good kid, the model citizen, your crew's mamma bear, and your followers see you as the one who has it all. But inside there’s a version of you that’s dying to come out, trapped behind a wall of shame, anxiety, and the fear that all those people will hate the real you. You’re not new to therapy. You’ve read the books, listened to the podcasts, maybe even journaled again and again until even your inner demons are sick to death of it. But something still isn't clicking. You’re smart, self-aware maybe even successful on the outside but internally, it’s chaos. You can’t look in the mirror without disgust, and can’t look at your friends without envy. Part of you wants to heal. Part of you wants to destroy everything. And another part doesn’t trust anyone enough to help. You’re done with therapists who smile and nod while your insides burn. You want someone who sees through the performance, someone who will challenge you, meet you in the shadows, and guide you toward something real.

My treatment methods

Psychodynamic

We explore the unconscious patterns, early relationships, and internal conflicts that shape how you see yourself and others. We treat them as living forces still active in your daily life. Together, we identify the defense mechanisms, attachment styles, and inner narratives that might be keeping you stuck in self-sabotaging loops.

Existential

We focus on looking at your freedom, your responsibility, your values, and the meaning (or lack thereof) you assign to your experiences. We explore the big questions; Who am I? Why am I here? What actually matters to me?, so that your healing isn’t just about relief, but about realignment with your truth. It’s deep, reflective, and often uncomfortable. But it’s also where lasting change begins.
