I am here to help you sort your feelings and to move forward to attain the life you deserve! With a positive attitude, a sense of humor, and as a clinician with many years of counseling and life experiences, I would love to work with you! Also certified in as a 500 hour yoga teacher and certified in meditation and mindfulness, I believe we can work together to achieve your goals!
I expect clients to feel heard. I also hope that they will feel hopeful and optimistic about their mental health.
Frequently utilized methods and tools included in sessions will include cognitive behavior, interpersonal and goal oriented therapy, and if interest by the client, may include mindfulness and yoga practice.
I feel my biggest strengths include having lived and experienced personally a multitude of life’s challenges and have overcome many struggles myself. I pride myself on being non-judgmental and accepting of others.
Clients who are struggling with anxiety and/ or depression, clients with relationship issues or family issues, clients who are lonely - I have an abundance of life experience and can relate strongly.
