Also certified in as a 500 hour yoga teacher and certified in meditation and mindfulness, I believe we can work together to achieve your goals!

Frequently utilized methods and tools included in sessions will include cognitive behavior, interpersonal and goal oriented therapy, and if interest by the client, may include mindfulness and yoga practice.
I feel my biggest strengths include having lived and experienced personally a multitude of life’s challenges and have overcome many struggles myself. I pride myself on being non-judgmental and accepting of others.
