Each person brings a unique set of experiences and challenges. I partner with you to meet you where you are and help you achieve the personal or professional goals that matter most. From managing stress and anxiety, feelings of depression, ADHD or navigating life transitions, I combine empathic listening with practical strategies and a touch of humor to make growth both meaningful and manageable. I’m skilled at helping you identify both clear goals and the strengths you may overlook in yourself. Even when you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or discouraged, there are always strengths and insights we can build from and I help bring those into focus. Together, we will clarify goals, strengthen coping skills, and develop strategies that support decision-making, confidence, and emotional balance.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our first session offers a supportive environment where you can talk openly about what’s bringing you to therapy, at a pace that feels comfortable for you. I will ask thoughtful, open-ended questions to better understand your current concerns and the resilience that are already part of who you are. Together, we will begin noticing patterns or experiences that may be affecting your well-being and clarify what you hope to gain from our work. This initial session is both a time for understanding and for planning. We will explore your goals and start shaping a direction that feels practical, supportive, and aligned with what matters most to you. It's also a time for you to get to know my therapeutic style and ask any questions you may have about the process. Curiosity is a strength, and asking questions is one of the best ways to get clarity and insight.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I bring a warm, relational approach paired with clear direction and practical tools. Clients often share that they feel understood quickly and appreciate the balance of support and structure in our work.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work with individuals regarding challenges related to anxiety, feelings of depression, parenting, ADHD or navigating life and season transitions. We will focus on leveraging your existing strengths while building new tools.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

My work is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), a practical, evidence-based approach that helps you understand how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors interact. Together, we will identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck and develop clear, realistic strategies to create change in your daily life. Our work is collaborative and goal-oriented, focused not just on insight, but on action. You will leave sessions with tools you can use immediately, building skills that support lasting progress long after therapy ends.

Person-centered (Rogerian)

I also draw from a Person-Centered approach, which means you are the expert on your own life. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can speak openly and feel genuinely heard. From that secure and supportive space, we clarify what you want to change, explore what may be holding you back, and move forward in a way that feels aligned and intentional.
