My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

This style of treatment is effective in treating various mental health challenges. It helps individuals feel more in control and aware of progress. Focusing on the present challenge which can be more practical and immediately beneficial. I have found this approach to be the most effective in my experience working with individuals. It also equips individuals with practical skills and strategies to improve their symptoms. This is also very empowering to teach individuals to identify and challenge thought patterns by taking an active role in personal recovery.
