Hello, I'm Adam. Do you feel that your past or present internal and external experiences are holding you back from experiencing positive emotions in your life? You may not see it now, but you demonstrate the courage, compassion, and ability to move forward in your life even with the most difficult challenges that life has or is currently bringing to you. You could live the life you want to live and gain the ability to write out the rest of your life the way you want. I empower and help guide individuals to be "psychologically flexible". I love incorporating modalities such as Acceptance and commitment therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and dialectical behavior therapy to help yourself and others the opportunity to win the struggles that you have with yourself every day. Whether that be past or present trauma experiences, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, self-esteem issues, ADHD, personality disorders, OCD, or relationship issues. Together, we can identify and explore what it is that is causing you psychological pain and learn what skills/strategies will help provide you with the ability to not let life struggles/stressors cause you distress.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we will start with introducing one another and then discuss the challenges that factor in you wanting to seek therapy. The primary goal for your first session is to create a foundation on how your treatment will go moving forward.

Having worked with individuals in different age groups. I've developed the ability to adjust and adapt to different communication styles that help you feel welcome and that lets you know that you are in a safe place.
